Daddy Always Gets Jealous

After hugging a pillow for a while, she got up to take a careful look at the beautiful big house.

Last time she stayed the night, she didn’t really look around, but this time she planned to take it all in.

Walking around the house, it was truly meticulously decorated from roof to floor – in one word, it was as stunning as it could possibly be.

After looking around the room, she went out to the balcony and saw a white lacquered table and a lazy chair.

The lazy chair looked quite comfortable, Wen Nuan poked it with her hand, so soft!

She directly jumped up and crouched on it, then sank into the sofa, feeling extremely comfortable.

Wen Nuan closed her eyes contentedly, imagining a glass of red wine to perfect the moment.

When her house was ready, she would also get such a lazy chair for the balcony.

Thinking this, Wen Nuan opened her eyes, grabbed her phone to capture the balcony’s decor before moving to shoot the bedroom, but as she looked up she saw Qin Shaojin on the neighboring balcony, staring at her, frozen.

In the middle of the night, he... why wasn’t he sleeping, instead standing on the balcony, and staring at her no less!

Swallowing her saliva, she tried to get up from the chair but sank down again.

This chair is way too soft!

Qin Shaojin’s long arm rested on the white balcony railing, his handsome fingers naturally hanging down, watching Wen Nuan.

A ’gulp’ noise came from Wen Nuan’s throat, why did it feel like Qin Shaojin’s beautiful peach blossom eyes were exuding a mysterious charm!

Just like that, feeling the hair on her back stand from his gaze, she hurriedly stood up, ”Aren’t you... going to sleep?”

Qin Shaojin’s eyes looked dark and deep, ”Sleep.”

”Oh, then good night.”

Wen Nuan glanced at Qin Shaojin, seeing that he was still looking at her, she quickly retreated back to her room.

Suddenly feeling hot, really hot!

She waved her hand to create a breeze, recalling the way Qin Shaojin had looked at her, was she hallucinating? Or was it him who was odd?

No, that’s not right, it must have been a mistake!

An illusion! Damn illusion! The effect of the night and lighting combined.

How could he possibly have feelings for her!

Calming down after a while, she took a shower and returned to her bedroom, feeling much more composed, yes, it must have been that damn illusion!

She would never believe that Qin Shaojin was watching her so tenderly, it would have been good enough if he didn’t tease her about Wangzi.

Thinking of Wangzi made her feel wronged.

That’s too much! Way too much!

She lay in bed and turned off the light.

Half an hour later, she still hadn’t fallen asleep, and the scenes from the horror movie she watched earlier became increasingly vivid the more she couldn’t sleep!

After a while, feeling like she was suffocating and unable to bear it, Wen Nuan jumped out of bed, turned on the light, and sat there continuously rubbing her chest, feeling tense all over, nearly stiff!

She glanced in the direction of the door, then towards the balcony, nothing there. She couldn’t help but look towards the bathroom, deadly silent, nothing there.

Suddenly really needing to use the bathroom, but—

Remembering a scene from the horror movie set in the bathroom, now she absolutely didn’t dare to go in!

What to do?

A live person can’t be killed by holding in their pee, right?

Go find Qin Shaojin? Impossible! She couldn’t possibly expect him to accompany her to the bathroom, and even if she went to ask him, he might not agree!
