Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Chapter 1903  Progress Over the Years

Unaware of the fact that Elder Song had now begun to make use of the rather chaotic nature of his youngest disciple to test out the senior member from the Explorer Union, Xuan Hao found himself busy helping the few elders already at the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm ready to break through to the Soul Ascension Realm at any moment.

In between helping the group of elders, he also decided to check up on the progress that he had made over the past seven years. Having comprehended several new Daos to further strengthen his foundation and ensure that his spiritual sea could continue to expand. Understanding from experience that this was a far simpler path compared to attempting to surpass the Perfection Realm in any of the Daos he had brought to that realm.

Name: Xuan Hao

Daos: Perfection (Space, Sword, Ice, Formations, Blacksmithing, Light), Large Success (Illusions, Alchemy, Corruption, Yin, Fire), Small Success (Life, Water, Rain), Elementary Realm (Time, Metal, Wood, Wind, Cloud Formation) Spiritual Sea: 728 kilometers circumference Depth: 527 meters Sword Intent: Sword Soul Realm (Sword Refinement Realm, Second Refinement) Talent: ????

Bloodline: Three Immortals Bloodline (Half-Awakened), requirements for full awakening met. Physique: Stellar Dao Body (99% Awakened)

Realm: Late Stage Sea Formation Realm Profound Immortal (Wild Sea) Professions: Alchemist (Pinnacle Grandmaster), Formation Master (Third Heaven Saint), Blacksmithing (Third Heaven Saint) Sect: Star Shattering Sect Status: Ancestor of the Star Shattering Sect Disciples: Qing Yi, Chu Yang, Bai Ning, Mui, Chun Hua Pet: Lazy Winged Lion (Middle Stage Stage of the Dao Seed Realm), Rabbit Demon Beast (Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm) Looking through his status, the one thing that stood out immediately was just how much larger his spiritual sea had become, as it had now grow to the point where he felt fully confident in being able to not just face off against someone in the Land Creation Realm, but potentially even killing someone in the Land Creation Realm by relying entirely on the overwhelming might of his vast spiritual sea.

Outside of that one change standing out immediately, there was also the fact that he had managed to successfully reach the Perfection Realm in the Dao of Blacksmithing, breaking through to the Third Heaven of the Saint Realm and allowing the core formed inside his dantian shortly afterwards to fall into his spiritual sea to merge with it and in turn help strengthen its foundation.

If not for the assistance of the second saint realm core, it would have been impossible for him to have grown his spiritual sea to its current size, something that was clear from the fact that his spiritual sea wasnʼt currently in the optimal calm state any longer.

Speaking of stability, he had ended up comprehending several new Daos over the past seven years and advanced some of his older Daos as well, though, the most confusing Dao he had ended up comprehending by complete accident was the Dao of Cloud Formation, a Dao that was far more complicated than it seemed on the surface. Requiring one to first understand several other Daos to some extent before being able to even enter the Elementary Realm.

Although he hadnʼt taken them as far as he had the Dao of Rain and the Dao of Water that had both reached the Small Success Realm, he had at least tried to comprehend those Daos and didnʼt just randomly end up gaining enlightenment and comprehend them during a break from secluded cultivation.

Even his breakthrough with the Dao of Light during the past seven years was more understandable than how he had randomly ended up comprehending the Dao of Cloud Formation. Making him wonder if this kind of situation was what was generally referred to by others as sudden enlightenment.

Jokes aside, though difficult to comprehend, the Dao of Cloud Formation wasnʼt exactly useful for combat, as it did exactly as it allowed him to easily accomplish exactly what the name implied. Forming clouds.

The main difference from him doing this with his own spiritual qi being that his cloud formation no longer needed any spiritual qi unless he wanted to form a rain cloud or a thunder cloud, though, forming clouds like that now required far less spiritual qi than if he formed a rain or thunder cloud before comprehending the Dao of Cloud Formation.

Overall, the combat strength of the Dao of Cloud Formation was by far the worst he had encountered so far, as he could at most threaten someone in the Core Formation Realm and posed no threat to someone in the Nascent Soul Realm. Rather underwhelming for a Dao at the Elementary Realm, as it would essentially leave him defenseless in the face of someone at the same realm if the Dao of Cloud Formation was all he had to fend for himself.

However, there was a somewhat positive side to the Dao of Cloud Formation, as it allowed him to introduce several cloud forming formations to the Shattered Star Peaks that essentially had no clouds inside of it due to the chaotic qi formation blocking out anything from entering the Shattered Star Peaks.

Improving the environment of the sect aside, outside of the improvements to his spiritual sea and comprehension of the Dao over the past seven years, he also finally saw some improvement to his Sword Soul Realm, as he had managed to reach the Second Refinement of the Sword soul Realm. Further strengthening his sword soul, while at the same time also strengthening the foundation of his dantian in the process.

Overall, his strength had improved tremendously over the past seven years, and he was already starting to get close to reaching the Peak of the Sea Formation Realm. After which he would finally break through to the Land Creation Realm. Allowing his physique that had been stuck at 99% awakened to finally fully awaken.

Just thinking about it had him feeling excited, as he wondered how strong he would become after breaking through to the Land Creation Realm. Knowing that when he broke through, he likely wouldnʼt have to worry about the Star Creation Realm cultivators from the Southern Central Region.

But that aside, outside of his own strength, growing significantly over the past seven years, his two demon beasts or pets, had also grown significantly over the past seven years. The winged lion demon beast having broken through from the Early Stage to the Middle Stage of the Dao Seed Realm already close to breaking through to the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm, while the Rabbit Demon Beast remained one step ahead. Having already broken through to the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm ahead of the winged lion demon beast.

Considering how the rabbit demon beast had always remained ahead of the winged lion demon beast, Xuan Hao had originally considered it breaking through to the Late Stage of the Dao Seed Realm normal. Only after looking into the situation of his first demon beast, did he realize that the reason why the winged lion demon beast had been left behind by the rabbit demon beast was because it had been completely outclassed by the other party.

While the winged lion demon beast had spent its time either guarding the borders of the sect or lazing around at the Shattered Star Peaks being worshiped by the sectʼs beast tamers, the rabbit demon beast had expanded its influence throughout the Star Shattering Sectʼs territory. Building up a massive trading empire centred around a special spiritual carrot that it had somehow managed to cultivate in the Iron Sky Kingdom while he was looking away. Resulting in a seemingly endless stream of spirit stones flowing to it from across the territory of the Star Shattering Sect and even outside through the Explorer Union.

The reason for the popularity of the special spiritual carrot being due to the simple fact that consuming it naturally strengthened oneʼs meridians or qi channels.

But… More importantly than that, other things that did the same thing were more than twice as expensive as the special cultivated spiritual carrot, something that had resulted in the Star Shattering Sect itself being among one of the biggest customers for the little rabbit. Only surpassed by the Explorer Union.

Thinking about this as he looked in the direction of the group of elders at the Peak of the Domain Lord Realm already deep in meditation after he had guided each of them on the Dao that they were attempting to comprehend, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if he would have to go to his little rabbit for cultivation resources in the future.

After all, outside of having built up its own little empire inside the sectʼs territory, it was currently the only one capable of doing large scale trade with the Explorer Union. Having avoided the sanctions that had been placed on the Star Shattering Sect due to the Explorer Union not realizing that the little rabbit they had unknowingly been trading with extensively was part of the Star Shattering Sect.
