Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

”This is really too easy…”

Muttering this to himself with a wry smile on his face as he looked towards the primeval fire ants and the worms fighting, Xuan Hao decided not to say anything more. After all, it could only be considered a good thing that he didn’t have to join in on the chaotic fighting like the other human Domain Lords had been forced into.

Even if they were still getting closer and closer to the tunnel they had decided to escape through, Xuan Hao could easily see them taking too long. Ultimately resulting in them getting overwhelmed by either the primeval fire ants or the emerald demon spiders.

Looking over the battlefield one last time before leaving the chaotic underground cave, Xuan Hao had a feeling that the ones winning in the end would be the emerald demon spiders. The reason for this, was the fact that a seemingly endless tide of emerald demon spiders had been flowing into the cave since the start of the fight. Not showing any signs of stopping.

The primeval fire ants on the other hand were getting pushed back further and further by the emerald demon spiders. Not that they had fewer reinforcements coming in from a few dozen tunnels behind them, but because the over twenty worm Domain Lords had been enraged and started massacring them...

Boom!

Along with a loud explosion echoing through the cave, Xuan Hao watched a Peak Domain Lord Realm emerald demon spider successfully pierce through the head of one of the five remaining human Domain Lords. Leaving only four behind to fight off the emerald demon spiders.

All of a sudden, they came to complete halt. No longer able to progress forward anymore.

Seeing this, Xuan Hao understood that the emerald demon spiders would likely soon take control of the chaotic situation inside the cave.

Whoosh~

Not caring about what happened in the cave behind him, Xuan Hao quickly left before he also ended up getting caught like the human Domain Lords.

In the first place, the human Domain Lords life and death did not really matter to him. After all, they were complete strangers! There was no way he was going to risk his life saving them!

Especially when there was a Peak Domain Lord Realm emerald demon spider closely watching their every move. Looking for an opportunity to attack!

”Hm?”

Arriving at the cave on the other side of the tunnel only a few seconds later, Xuan Hao came to a stop once again. Not daring to rush forward after seeing that the formerly barren cave in front of him had become a miniature replica of the primeval jungle above.

How a barren cave only filled with rocks had suddenly turned into a lush jungle deep underground without any light or water source nearby was by far one of the most puzzling things he had seen so far, and a feeling kept telling him to turn around and run away from this weird eerie underground jungle.

Whatever happened back in the cave filled with primeval fire ants, emerald demon spiders and worms, was better than what might be hiding inside the jungle that had suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

However, if he wanted to reach the ancient teleportation formation, he would have to go through the weird underground jungle…

”Hah…”

Letting out a sigh, Xuan Hao cautiously looked around himself before taking a step forward. Entering the eerie and dark jungle. Deciding against what his instincts told him…

Thump~

Just as Xuan Hao entered the weird jungle, a small figure appeared in the spot he had been standing a few moments ago, a pair of bright green eyes barely visible inside the dark underground cave.

Standing in complete silence, the small figure looked towards the eerie jungle Xuan Hao had just entered with a reluctant look clearly visible in the pair of bright green eyes.

”…”

As a few seconds passed, the sounds from the battle happening in the cave that Xuan Hao and the small figure had just come from began to grow closer.

Standing around just long enough to witness a large worm charging over from the other side of the tunnel. The small figure seemed to have come to a decision.

Whoosh~

Leaving the tunnel opening and entering the eerie jungle following after Xuan Hao.

Roar!

Following closely behind, a familiar large worm roared loudly before appearing at the entrance to the eerie jungle.

BOOM!

However, different from Xuan Hao and the small figure with the pair of bright green eyes. The worm violently forced itself to stop upon seeing the weird jungle. Directly destroying the tunnel entrance in the process.

R-roar…

Letting out a seemingly fearful roar, the worm didn’t chase after Xuan Hao and instead dug into the ground before escaping. Clearly fearful of the eerie jungle.

…

There was no light, no animals, no demon beasts inside the jungle… Not even a single sound could be heard as Xuan Hao cautiously made his way through the eerie jungle. Prepared to attack at a moments notice, as a silvery light covered the sword firmly held in his hand.

Walking through the eerie jungle, Xuan Hao quickly realized that his divine sense seemed to have been rendered completely useless. Even seeing a few dozen meters around him was difficult. Let alone covering a third of the cave like he had been able to do inside the other underground caves…

BOOM!

Hearing a large explosion like sound behind him in the direction he had come from, Xuan Hao quickly increased his speed. After all, there was a high chance that the worms had given up fighting with the primeval fire ants after realizing he had escaped before following after him.

Along with him increasing his speed, Xuan Hao had unknowingly failed to notice the jungle trees a bit further away from him sway in an excited manner, as the large thick jungle vines curling around them and on the ground beneath them slowly beginning to move in his direction…
