Chapter 1747  Tomb of The Fallen God (2)

Everyone was startled as they were getting teleported without prior notice. By the time their vision returned, they were in a foreign place.

”I would like a word before you teleport us.”

Rosalie complained. She was the only one who dared to complain to Tang Shaoyang.

Then they scanned the surroundings. They were on top of a stone platform. Behind them was a massive castle, surrounded by an imposing city wall.

Everyone was struck in confusion, especially those from the vassals. They were invited to join a rare dungeon raid. That was the invitation, and it was never mentioned what kind of dungeon it was or where the dungeon was. Now they were teleported to an unknown place.

”We are in the God Realm, and this is The Tang Empireʼs territory in the God Realm!”

Zhang Mengyao almost rolled her eyes because it looked like her husband did not intend to tell the others where they were. She had no choice but to explain it herself based on her limited knowledge about the God Realm.

The confused people turned toward the voice. The information of the God Realm was kept secret by Zhang Mengyao. Only the high-ranking officers knew about the God Realm.

Zhang Mengyao explained what the God Realm was, and what it meant having a territory in the God Realm.

Everyone took a deep breath when they heard about the God Realm. Hearing the explanation made the situation worse. Knowing all factions with God Ranks were in the God Realm did not ease their concerns. It terrified them more than anything else.

”Does that mean we will enter a dungeon in the God Realm?”

Park Nam Hoon of Han raised his hand in concern. A dungeon in the God Realm meant the monster inside the dungeon would be God Rank as well. The thought of facing a God Rank monster scared him.

”Yes. Thereʼs no need for you to worry about the monster. While it was a dungeon in the God Realm, not all monsters inside the dungeon were God Rank. The mob monsters are between Primordial Rank and Demi-God. They should not pose a threat to us, and our God Ranks will take care of the God Rank boss!”

Zhang Mengyao noticed the impatience in Tang Shaoyang, ”I will explain it more as we head to the dungeon!”

It was nothing unusual, dividing the party into three roles. The scouting team that moved ahead of them, the frontline for the people with close range class, and then the backline for the ranged class also a healer.

On the way to the dungeon,, she explained about the dungeon raid. About her being the leader instead of Tang Shaoyang. The strategy for the dungeon raid, assigning roles for each of them.

It was nothing unusual, dividing the party into three roles. The scouting team that moved ahead of them, the frontline for the people with close range class, and then the backline for the ranged class also a healer.

Since they chose the party based on the leaderboards, the party was not balanced. They only had a few that could act as scouts, and they only had three healers.

Lu An, Viona, So Yeon Hee, and three elves from the Elven Kingdom were on the scouting team. Ideally, she wanted two teams of five for the scouting team, but it should be enough because Lu An was participating.

Meanwhile, they only had three healers. Only three healers for a party of one hundred was bad. Moreover one of them was a battle healer, not a focused healer class. Kang Xue was the battle healer, and the other two healers were Selena and Arina.

Selena and Arina were priests, they had buff skills as well. But they must focus on healing this time to converse their mana.

ʼFortunately, we have many potions. That should help a lot.ʼ

Zhang Mengyao was relieved that they had the Alchemist Facility to produce their own potions. They were not short of healing potions. The lack of a healer would not become too big of an issue.

As Zhang Mengyao was in deep thought because of the dungeon raid, Lunea came over and whispered, ”Mengyao…”

Zhang Mengyao turned toward Lunea, ”Whatʼs wrong?”

”Why donʼt you put me in the healer team? We seem to be lacking in the healer team.”

Zhang Mengyao blinked her eyes, and her solemn look turned into a smile. She forgot about Lunea because Lunea was a God Rank. She subconsciously put the God Rank in the battle team even though Lunea had a priest class too.

”Then I will leave the healer team in your hands.”

There was no specific strategy yet. She did not know what kind of dungeon they would face. How could she come up with a strategy when she did not know what kind of challenge they would face.

”We are here!”

Tang Shaoyangʼs voice attracted the othersʼ attention.

They looked up at the massive portal in front of them. The size of the portal was much bigger than the dungeons on Earth. It was fifty meters tall and a hundred meters wide. The swirling portal was quite intimidating with how big it was.

They calmed down earlier, knowing the God Rank with them. However, they got nervous again facing the enormous-sized gate. Even Zhang Mengyao was not an exception.

Zhang Mengyao was nervous, but her husband calmed her down. She regained her composure faster than the others.

Clap! Clap!

”Donʼt be afraid! This is just training. No one will die when His Majesty is with us!”

The first thing she did was to calm the party. Nervousness was good so they would be cautious inside the dungeon, but being too nervous was bad. They might make a simple mistake that might lead to their deaths just simply because they were getting so nervous.

When she brought up The Emperor, everyone was visibly calmed down. That showed the effect of Tang Shaoyangʼs presence among them.

”But bear in mind, while His Majesty will assist us, we are still the main force to clear the dungeon. His Majesty will only participate when we encounter something we canʼt beat!”

Another thing that made her worried. She was afraid that there were some people getting overconfident with The Emperor here and doing something reckless. She kept reminding them to be at ease but also be cautious.

”We are ready!” Zhang Mengyao reported to Tang Shaoyang after making sure that the party was ready.

Tang Shaoyang, who did not know how Zhang Mengyao usually led the party, did not say a thing. He refrained from hurrying her even though he wanted to enter the dungeon immediately.

”Alright. I will enter first to secure the entrance. Follow me in twenty seconds!”

Tang Shaoyang entered the dungeon. He was on guard and immediately scanned the surroundings. The Chaos Eyes did not detect any living beings around him.

He was inside a cave, a dead-end cave with a big space. It was big enough to accommodate a thousand or even more people. Ahead of him was a hallway, exactly thirty meters ahead of him. The hallway is paved with stone and has a wall.
