Apocalypse Forecast

On the exposed skin of Huai Zhisu, suddenly, countless sinister eyes opened, looking in all directions!

As the safety index rapidly soared, the deepest pain emerged from the Soul.

Solidification.

He was rapidly... solidifying!

Just a cup of beer swallowed into his stomach, and the Curse from the Ruler wrapped around the Soul, even Crow Tide couldn’t touch it, penetrating to the bone, spreading to every corner of consciousness.

A terrifying gravity was pulling him.

Deeper into Hell.

Now, the rift leading to the Abyss had been opened, endless darkness poured out like a black waterfall from his shattered shell.

Rapidly polluting the surrounding environment.

On the arena, the depth began to lower again, as if he was dragging the entire arena... no, an entire mountain range, even half of Nara into Hell.

Behind the cracks on his face, countless vines and plants appeared, spreading out through the fissures, swaying and dancing. Those bizarre plants flourishing in the Abyss absorbed all the sediment around, prompting rapid growth.

And behind Miss Huaizhi, her shadow... began to swell rapidly, deform!

Shifting from human form to a more ferocious state.

In the end, the ferocious shadow completely broke through the arena’s restraints, enveloping the entire underground space. The chaotic and brutal aura hung over everyone’s hearts.

Enacting Huai Shi’s transformation into Hell!

But what kind of person... would turn into such a terrifying form after solidification?

As if to devour the entire world.

An ominous presence rose slowly within the shifting shadow, followed by endless darkness converging, forming a solemn Crown and halo above the shadow.

Within Huai Zhisu’s empty shell, the Soul, already fused with miracles, rapidly metamorphosed towards Disaster.

The fierce will slumbering within Huai Shi’s Soul finally awakened, a being called the Dragon of the End cast a dispassionate glance at the mortal world.

Fully revealing ferocity.

”Someone! Quickly, someone!!!

”Emergency situation, immediately lock down the arena!”

In the stands above, a sharp voice, as shrill as a eunuch’s, shouted: ”Hurry, while that ghost thing hasn’t solidified, take her down!”

The gates burst open, and monks, faces shrouded under White Clothes, responded to the call.

Yet they suddenly halted.

Not only due to the Chef Demons’ cold stares but also because of an arm writhing, extending from the basket at Guo ShouQue’s feet.

With a slimy texture like tentacles, shapeless as fluid, yet the slender arm was covered with sharp Teeth.

Human’s, beast’s, insect’s, fish’s... all imaginable Teeth converged on that fluid-like arm.

Blocking the monks’ path.

”The Chef Demon competition isn’t over yet.”

An old Chef Demon looked away from the arena, arrogantly glancing back: ”You bunch, trying to interrupt the match? Ha, you’re even worse than a girl, don’t come out and embarrass yourselves!”

Zhenxi remained seated, neither screaming nor uneasy.

Looking around, bewildered.

As if... completely unaware of what was happening.

Wasn’t Miss Huaizhi’s sound and light show so impressive that she was about to win? Why are you all panicking?

”This is not a place for your old boasting, Guo ShouQue!”

Behind the curtains in the stands, someone furiously questioned: ”If any harm befalls Nara, can you take responsibility?”

”What does your place have to do with me.”

Guo ShouQue looked up, a mocking smile on his wrinkled face, ”To be precise, for an old man like me... useless ones like you, who don’t even add flavor to the pot, don’t deserve to be missed even if they die in droves.

”However, I still mercifully saved you!” He grinned, laughing wildly: ”Don’t Yingzhou People know gratitude?”

”Old fool, what nonsense are you spouting!”

”Fools.”

Muscle Chef Demon Flamikir looked up, disdainfully glancing at them.

”See, even this Sha Yi can’t bear it.”

Guo ShouQue laughed gleefully, showing no pity for them at all.

As they said, it was Guo ShouQue who saved them, though this old ghost had never intended to save anyone. Letting these monks rush in and interfere with the Chef Demon competition would truly have been disastrous...

If Huai Zhisu completely lost control, everyone here, except for a few Chef Demons, would die without a resting place!

”Moreover... isn’t it still not over?”

Guo ShouQue examined the rapidly cracking and breaking silhouette, laughing strangely, excitement flaring in his eyes: ”Did she swallow it all? Quite an enviable appetite!”

In that instant, in the arena, that frozen, shattered outline finally slowly lifted its head in the darkness.

Beneath the incomplete face, the corners of the mouth slightly curled up.

As if smiling.

A long breath exhaled.

Lips parted and merged, silently offering admiration to the opponent!

——Good drink!

Following that, as if time reversed.

The black waterfall bursting out from Huai Zhisu’s shell instantly solidified in the arena, then began to reverse, inch by inch retracting inward.
