Chapter 497: Chapter 431 Slap_3

With a grievous hole in his chest, the shattered Armor defied gravity, slowly rising from the Group Star. Thousands of strands of light streamed out from behind him, like a thousand blazing wings. Yet the wings never unfurled. Those thousands of flows of light swiftly extended, then coiled around Osiris’s shell in layers, enveloping him completely in an instant.

Overdrive mode activated.

Osiris expanded again, roaring, and through the bonds of light, he directed his furious howl towards Hell.

When the countless lights had faded, the Underworld Giant encased within had transformed into an utterly different form. He bore a sacred white diadem upon his head and was draped in stately robes. A substantial and fearsome radiance emanated around him, forming a gigantic halo at his back.

It was as if a true Deity had descended upon this world.

Reborn from death, the ruler of the Underworld returned to this world, lifting his hate-filled eyes, fixing his gaze upon Golden Dawn, who was locked in combat with the formidable foes of the Astronomical Society in the Abyss. Then:

[Miracle Imprint·Ra-Stau—Unfold!]

Behind Osiris, the halo began to spin wildly, and from its center, a rift opened, slowly widening into a fissure leading somewhere.

It was the legendary pathway by which all spirits traveled from Nowhere to the Underworld.

But at this moment, this road of nothingness did not lead to the Underworld, but to a place even more desolate than the Underworld, even closer to the very depths of Hell...

An invisible chasm of boundless depth, eternal darkness.

It was as if it were the original moment of creation, when all things were in primordial Chaos.

Then, in Huai Shi’s hands, the massive sword-cannon began to violently shake, the Sword Blade sliding swiftly to either side while the barrel elongated crazily.

It reached an immense length of a kilometer in an instant.

In Osiris’s hands, it pointed diagonally towards the giant upturned tree caught in the Abyss, entangled and unable to escape.

”To purge original sin, to create Paradise, the Utopia Kingdom to bid farewell to Hell shall be forged here.”

Osiris intoned solemnly, his august voice declaring to all existence between Heaven and Earth, ”With this blow, lay the foundation for the Pillar of Nowhere!”

In an instant, Matthes’s expression changed dramatically, revealing a hint of fury.

”The Fly King!!!”

”Please, call me Beelzebub, thank you.”

Osiris responded indifferently. Behind him, the darkness within the rift suddenly boiled over, infinite darkness surging rapidly.

That was the primordial Chaos named Osareth, the original matter that existed before even heaven and earth were formed—the Terrible Power that could only be created and preserved at the bottom of the Underworld, at the source of the Styx.

Contrary to all ’existence,’ it was pure [Nothingness]!

The primordial material that created everything turned into a torrent, pouring incessantly into the sword-cannon, quickly decaying, splitting, Creating out of Nothing in this narrow crucible, reenacting the catastrophe of the creation of heaven and earth, and the birth of all things.

Existence and non-existence, birth and death, mortality and life were unified by this Chaos, transforming into an indescribably intense radiance.

”Take this, Matthes—”

Within the fierce light, Beelzebub proclaimed solemnly, ”This is the response after seventy years!”

This is Auden’s last words to you rebels, you Fallen.

He said, ”—From now on, we are no longer companions!”

At that moment, Huai Shi pulled the trigger.

The lightning of creation and destruction morphed into the supreme judgment, surging out from the crucible, tearing inch by inch through the Abyss in a mighty flow. Easily shattering the Heretic King’s lightning, the beam tore through the defense of the Double helix secret meter, pierced through it, and entered the body of the Remaining Evils of the World, ripping it apart like paper in a fit of rage.

At this moment, heaven and earth fell silent, and all things grew dim.

Everything lost its color under this solemn judgment, and in the Abyss, an untold number of dark silhouettes were utterly consumed by the blinding light.

In Nowhere, a figure raised a hand to block the path of the light stream, but in an instant, the primordial light tore through his palm. It left a deep scar upon the vast expanse of Hell, and terrifying explosions erupted from behind the scar, illuminating the entire Abyss.

The man stared in astonishment at his hand and the scorching marks on it. He also felt the burning pain on his face. It was like a slap from many years past—sudden, and oh so painfully poignant!
