Apocalypse Descent: Farming with My Harem

Chapter 1713: Chapter 575: Great Maker, Watcher in Action

”When the time comes, as long as we find the corresponding relics, and then obtain a few Legendary Hearts, I can have these members all breakthrough to Legendary!”

Suppressing the excitement in his heart, he continued, ”Everyone, you’ve fought hard today.”

”Now go rest a bit, eat if you’re hungry, rest if you’re tired.”

”There’s another battle to fight at midnight.”

The warriors on the field responded one after another, ”Yes, respected Lord!”

Upon saying this, everyone took their leave.

Including Green Snake Lanna and White Snake Yilena, the two ladies glanced at Cao Xing and then slithered away.

Soon, only Cao Xing was left.

”I’ve just about finished preparations on my side.”

”Now, I also need to check on the Legion.”

Cao Xing hadn’t forgotten, he also established the Starfire Army.

Although the original purpose was for the exclusive blueprints within the Legion,

he couldn’t just completely neglect it.

So, he opened the Legion chat channel and, using his authority as the Squad Leader, created a chat room.

He pulled in several Vice Commanders: Tian Jing, Yao Yiming, Ji Xinyue, and others.

Seeing the suddenly appearing channel, the three were a bit taken aback.

But they quickly understood and greeted in the channel.

”Hello, Squad Leader!”

”Good evening, Cao Xing!”

Cao Xing also sent a message in response.

After pausing, he directly asked, ”Yao Yiming, report the current strength of the Legion, don’t include the branches, just the strength of headquarters.”

Understanding his intent, Yao Yiming quickly replied, ”Report, Squad Leader! Currently, the entire Legion headquarters consists of 2489 combat personnel, and 875 staff members.”

”Among them, there is only one Seventh Rank combat personnel, Vice Commander Tian Jing, 697 Fifth Rank combat personnel, and the rest are Fourth Rank.”

Hearing this figure, Cao Xing pondered a moment.

Currently, the power at Yao Yiming’s Legion headquarters has nearly reached the level of Bai Zhi and Wei Jianyi’s Territories.

In some aspects, it has even completely surpassed them.

Because, with Tian Jing’s strength alone, it’s beyond comparison for the current Survivors.

However... it’s still a bit lacking against the Bloody Army.

He asked again, ”Xinyue, how about your side?”

The girl quickly reported, ”Cao Xing, our Star Moon Legion currently has 1165 combat personnel, with 448 staff.”

”There are no one above Fifth Rank; the Fifth Rank combat personnel are 397, and the rest are third and fourth-tier.”

Compared to the Legion headquarters, Ji Xinyue’s Star Moon Legion, as a branch, is indeed much weaker.

But this was expected, since the Star Moon Legion had developed independently earlier, she had personally recruited all the combat personnel in her Territory.

Cao Xing thought for a moment, then sent a message: ”Next, I will support both of your Legions with a troop type to help you tackle the monster siege.”

”Ensure safety as a priority, but strive to challenge higher levels to earn more rewards.”

According to the rules of monster siege, only allied forces can assist one another.

Now that Cao Xing is the Squad Leader of the Starfire Army, these people belong to his Legion, so they’re naturally part of the same force.

In other words, he can now support them.

However, this also presents a drawback.

If Cao Xing supports other territories with troops, the difficulty level of his Territory’s monster siege won’t decrease; it will still reflect the overall strength of his Territory, resulting in monsters of corresponding difficulty.

The receiving territories, after being reinforced, will have their difficulty adjusted upwards based on the strength of the newly added troops.

This rule was researched by other Survivors during the previous two monster sieges.

Overall, it provides Survivors an opportunity for mutual cooperation.

Only those territories with strong power and confidence in their own strength are qualified to do this.

In the chat channel, the three Vice Commanders were taken aback when they heard Cao Xing would support them.

Tian Jing asked worriedly, ”Boss, are you sure everything’s okay on your side?”

As a firsthand participant of the last monster siege, Tian Jing knew well how challenging it was.

The tenth wave even brought 90-level Dominator Level Monsters, more than one actually.

Especially, the event this time will adjust its difficulty based on the Territory’s power.

Even though he knew this month Cao Xing might have grown stronger, and the monster siege difficulty will also increase.

He was splitting forces for support; there may be problems.

Both Ji Xinyue and Yao Yiming also voiced their discouragement.

”Squad Leader, if it’s too forced, just forget it. We can just proceed with the challenges at the previous pace.”

”Yeah, whether or not we get those rewards doesn’t really matter.”

Cao Xing chuckled, ”Don’t worry, it’s just providing you with a single Legion’s support, it won’t significantly affect my Territory overall.”

”Tonight’s the last monster siege, let’s use this chance to improve yourselves.”

”Oh, by the way, that’s an order.”

Upon hearing this, the three no longer refused, sincerely responded, ”Yes, Squad Leader!”

After exiting the chat channel, Cao Xing pressed the communication device at his ear.

”Zoke, Zofe, Futage, you three come to the territory center.”

Upon receiving the order, the two Wandering Swordsmen Leaders, along with one Silver Knight Order Leader, quickly set aside their tasks and headed to the territory center.
