Chapter 1099 Not The Same Place

Greyʼs expression turned dark when Klaus asked this question.

”Nothing.” He replied and stopped looking at them as he looked ahead of them with all seriousness.

Klaus burst out laughing when he heard this. Greyʼs reaction also confirmed some things, he had definitely seen this bunny leader before, and he most likely suffered a loss at its hand, well, paws.

If they knew that the bunny leader had made Grey run for his life two times already, adding this encounter which made it three, they would be shocked. Grey was actually bested by a small bunny that didnʼt look like it could hurt a fly. Of course, they all knew that looks can be deceiving, especially given how powerful Magical Beasts were. But seeing that this cute bunny got the better of Grey was funny.

Grey acted like he didnʼt see them and continued walking forward. He tried to see if he could communicate with the bunny, but he didnʼt get any response.

ʼTry to speak with it.ʼ He said to Void

Void nodded and tried, but to his surprise, the bunny didnʼt show any reactions.

ʼIf you donʼt speak, youʼll end up in my pot.ʼ Grey transmitted his voice over angrily.

ʼMaybe it canʼt communicate, you should know not every Magical Beast is on my level.ʼ Void said, a little proud.

But his expression changed when he heard the small voice of the bunny.

ʼHuman, donʼt turn me into soup. This little Lord isnʼt ready to die yet.ʼ The bunnyʼs fearful voice resounded in Greyʼs head.

Grey and Void were communicating at this time, and given the link between them, Void was also able to hear the voice of the bunny leader. He was stunned.

ʼThis…little… Lord?ʼ That was the only thing that resounded in his head. Other than occasionally,he didnʼt even call himself a Lord, yet this small bunny was calling itself a Lord.

Grey on the other hand didnʼt think too much about this. He had known the bunny leader for a long time. It was leading the bunnies in the trial land, and so was it here. He didnʼt see anything with it referring to itself as a Lord. He couldnʼt help but be shocked. During the time he went back for his revenge and was forced to run away again, he was stronger than the bunny at that time, but presently, they were on the same stage.

ʼThis little guy cultivates really fast.ʼ He couldnʼt help but sigh.

ʼI thought you were tough?ʼ Grey said to the bunny.

ʼNo, Iʼm just a weak bunny.ʼ The bunny leader said with a pitiful gaze.

When the others saw its gaze, they felt Grey was probably secretly attacking it since it had done something to him in the past.

”Donʼt bully the little bunny.” Alice said to Grey softly.

Grey threw a glance in her direction but didnʼt say anything and continued with what he was doing.

ʼAre we still in the same place as last time?ʼ He asked the important question.

If they were in the same place, he would search for his Teacher. If not, he would just focus on exploring this place and getting benefits.

ʼNo. This is a different space. Although itʼs not as rich as the previous place I was staying. I had to leave. Those old guys chased me out!ʼ The bunny showed a depressed look.

It really liked where it was previously staying, but who wouldʼve thought that it would be chased out. If not for the fact that It wasnʼt strong enough, it wouldʼve beaten those old guys to death.

ʼSo itʼs not the trial land.ʼ Grey came to a realization. He didnʼt have too much hope in this place being the same place as the trial land, but he didnʼt really mind if it were.

Since the bunny had confirmed it, he turned to Klaus and shook his head. Klaus quickly understood what he meant and didnʼt speak any further, a little downcast.

ʼWhich old guys?ʼ Grey continued his conversation with the bunny leader.

The bunny leader spoke about an old man with white hair and an ethereal body, it also spoke of a Dragon.

When Grey heard of the Dragon, he couldnʼt help but recall about the Ice Dragon that chased him when he was about to leave the trial land. That was not a good memory for him, and if not for his luck, he wouldʼve died during the chase.

He spoke with the bunny for a while and soon confirmed that there were still people living in the trial land. He couldnʼt help but be shocked. The Dragon that almost killed him was actually under that personʼs control.

His Teacher told him he was in the trial land, but he didnʼt know if his Teacher knew about the people there.

His Teacher might be in trouble, if the person was a bad person. If the person isnʼt, he wouldnʼt be in any trouble. He didnʼt know how his Teacher went there. If he knew that his Teacher was forcefully taken as a student by the old man there and was trained, he would be shocked. During the time he was in the trial land, his Teacher was also there.

He spoke with the bunny and soon realized it had three elements and the space element was one of them. When the bunny leader told him of how it traveled through space before entering this place, he was stunned. Even Void couldnʼt stay in space for that long. One has to know that it was extremely dangerous to do this. Whenever they created spatial tunnels, they always created protective walls to block the spatial turbulence so that they wouldnʼt be in danger.

But the bunny didnʼt do that and directly traveled through it. It was shocking just listening to it.

The bunny was an even more frightening existence than Void when it came to the space element.

ʼWhy didnʼt you escape when I captured you?ʼ He couldnʼt help but ask.
