Chapter 2068: Chapter 2064 the fleet outside the Stargate

After almost a month of interstellar travel, Jiang Fei and the others had finally crossed the Dominic Galaxy and entered the territory of the Vasari Army.

“You guys have fun. I have to go to the cockpit,”Jiang Fei said to the girls. As they had already entered the territory of the Vasari army, they could encounter enemies at any time, therefore, Jiang Fei could no longer rely on autopilot to control the spaceship.

Although with Jiang Fei’s strength, he could escape unscathed even if he encountered a fleet, the problem was that the scout ship under him was not that tough. Once the scout ship was destroyed.., even if Jiang Fei protected the girls, they would still be trapped in the void.

One had to know that in the endless space, human strength was too small. Even a top powerhouse would not be able to travel through the interstellar space alone. Moreover, Jiang Fei had a group of girls with him. Therefore, Jiang Fei had to be on high alert, he had to prevent himself from entering the enemy’s encirclement.

After arriving at the cockpit, Jiang Fei released all of his spiritual power. His divine sense spread out like a tidal wave. Together with the powerful radar system of the scout ship itself.., not even the slightest trace of the surroundings could escape Jiang Fei’s eyes.

In the first few interstellar jumps, Jiang Fei and the others had everything going smoothly. They did not encounter any obstacles at all. This was mainly due to the strength of Aurelia. In this one year or so.., aurelia had led the fleet to wreak havoc in the hinterland of the Vassali Empire.

Because of the existence of Vinlon, Aurelia was able to avoid the main force of the resistance every time and plunder the Vassali Legion, logically speaking, Aurelia, who was from a regular military academy, would not attack a civilian planet. However, the current situation did not allow her to do so.

As they were fighting behind enemy lines, it was impossible for Aurelia to receive supplies from her side. Hence, if she wanted to maintain the combat strength of the fleet, she had to use battle to sustain the battle. Hence, the battle supplies had to be taken care of on the spot.

However, using a fleet that could not be replenished to fight on the fortress planet was no different from courting death. Even if they could win once or twice, Aurelia’s fleet would suffer heavy losses, therefore, in the end, Aurelia chose to target those administrative planets.

Although these administrative planets had a certain degree of defensive ability, those local garrison fleets would not be able to stop Aurelia’s Tiger and Wolf Army. Therefore, every time Aurelia’s fleet arrived.., the administrative planets there would quickly fall and become a temporary supply point for Aurelia’s fleet.

In the end, these administrative planets simply did not resist. Since they could not resist anyway, they would just let their garrison fleets die for nothing. After all, those soldiers were people from their own planet, and their casualties would be great.., the people of this planet would be dissatisfied. They could not retaliate against Aurelia’s fleet, but they could impeach the administrative planet’s government. Therefore, in order to protect their votes, these administrative planet’s governments simply did not resist, anyway, Aurelia’s fleet would not burn, kill, or plunder. As long as they were replenished, they would leave.

The administration stars within the territory stopped resisting. This made the Vassali Legion’s higher-ups lose face. However, when they blamed the administration stars, they had a very good reason, if the main fleet of the Legion could not stop the intruders, how could the local garrison fleet resist?

The Vasari higher-ups, who were rendered speechless by the question, had no choice but to mobilize all the fleets to attack Aurelia. However, because of the existence of vinylon, the “Actor”, it was impossible for the encirclement to succeed.

It was also because Aurelia had caused too much trouble in the hinterland of the Vasari army that the Vasari Army had mobilized all the fleets to attack her. Therefore, Jiang Fei was able to slip into the territory of the Vasari Army so easily.

However, when Jiang Fei passed through a few galaxies and began to get closer to the Vasari Army’s hinterland, he felt the pressure.

In order to prevent Aurelia’s fleets from wandering in the hinterland of the army, the Vasari Army had arranged local fleets near the Stargate in the hinterland. Although these fleets were unable to repel Aurelia’s army, they could at least delay it for a while to buy time for the main fleet to arrive.

These fleets were nothing in Aurelia’s eyes. However, it was different for Jiang Fei. He was riding a scout ship. Although it had undergone some modifications, it was only a scout ship, it could not withstand a volley of fire from the enemy.

Therefore, Jiang Fei had to carefully pass through the Stargate. He had to make use of the scout ship’s small target, fast speed, flexible turn, and quick activation of the warp engine to escape the enemy’s lock.

Jiang Fei piloted the scout ship to and fro in the Vasari Army’s hinterland. Every time he reached a star system, he would send out a communication signal in an attempt to establish contact with Aurelia. However, three days had passed, jiang Fei still did not have any results.

“Damn it! Why is there such a large fleet here…”just as Jiang Fei was about to pass through the Stargate.., when he was about to go to the next galaxy, the radar of the scout ship showed a large group of red dots. Moreover, these red dots were near the Stargate.

“Bella, you guys stay here for now. I’ll go over there and take a look at the situation!”Jiang Fei did not dare to get any closer to the scout ship because if he got any closer, his scout ship would appear on the enemy’s radar.

“Okay! You Can Go!”Bella replied. Then, she brought blood mistress to the cockpit.

As Jiang Fei had a powerhouse like blood mistress to protect the scout ship, he was able to leave with ease. After he left the scout ship, he flew towards the Stargate. However, without the ship’s acceleration.., jiang Fei’s speed was much slower.

After a few hours, Jiang Fei finally approached the Stargate. The battleships were densely packed near the Stargate. Moreover, they were already in an attacking position. It was obvious that they were preparing to ambush the enemy.

“HMM? !”Jiang Fei frowned. In the Vasari Army’s hinterland, their only enemy was Aurelia’s fleet. Could it be that these guys were preparing to ambush Aurelia?

Time passed by slowly. However, there was no movement from the other side of the Stargate. Instead, the battleships in front of Jiang Fei started to become restless.

“Sir General, is our information accurate? Will Aurelia’s Woman’s fleet really come here?”A commander of a sub-fleet asked in the communication because it had already exceeded the time described in the information.

“The information is absolutely accurate! Everyone, wait patiently!”The general of the Vasari Legion comforted, in fact, he was not confident, but this information was given to him by Aino, one of the higher-ups of the Legion, so he still chose to believe it.
