The Almighty Ring

Jiang Fei had gained a lot from this trip. Not only did he successfully master two sets of martial arts techniques, he also obtained a Godblade Level weapon. Moreover, this Zhanlu Sword was a Chinese-style long sword that was specially tailored for Jiang Fei. It was very suitable for his swordsmanship.

The other Godblades in the hands of other forces were all products of planet Namek. Even though they were equally lethal when used against Metahumans, the style of those swords was not very suitable for human use. Thus, the combat power of those swords was far weaker than Jiang Fei’s Zhanlu Sword.

As Han Tianyu kept urging him, Jiang Fei decided to go home and have a look at things. After all, he also wanted to know what the China Martial Art Alliance’s standpoint was in regards to this joint operation. He was worried that the government Han Tianyu represented was also interested in Bio-Technology.

After flying for more than ten hours, Jiang Fei finally arrived in China. Then, he gave Han Tianyu a call and a helicopter came to pick him up.

“Ah Fei, while you were away, the Mutants Brotherhood had contacted the China Martial Art Alliance directly!” As usual, Han Tianyu came to pick Jiang Fei up personally.

“What does the Alliance think?” Jiang Fei asked, concerned.

“Well… how do I put it? The Alliance’s opinions are a little different from the opinions from my side.” It sounded like Han Tianyu was in a difficult position. He naturally represented the government and their opinions.

“Oh? Let me hear it,” Jiang Fei said curiously.

“The Alliance is strongly against the Bio-Modification of the human body. After all, after the addition of animal genetics, humans are no longer human beings. Moreover, from the information we have obtained, the Japanese’s Bio-Humans are not perfect. Other than the advanced Bio-Humans which are made through the Bio-Modification of Mutants, ordinary Bio-Humans have a very short life span, only around three to five years. So, for the soldiers who have accepted Bio-Modification, it is like choosing death,” Han Tianyu explained.

“As expected!” Jiang Fei nodded. 0541 mentioned this before. This was why Jiang Fei was not willing to cooperate with the country and create a Bio-Human army.

“But, even though we are not creating a Bio-Human army, we must still obtain the technology. In this case, if other countries with Bio-Technology launched attacks at us, we would have room for counteraction,” Han Tianyu said.

“Mmm!” Jiang Fei nodded. As leaders of the country, they not only had to consider ethics and morality, but also national security.

“But now, at least the two sides have reached a consensus,” Han Tianyu said.

“What consensus?” Jiang Fei asked.

“To launch a surprise attack on Japan. We must set up the battlefield within Japan!” Han Tianyu sounded very determined. It seemed like the government and the Martial Art Alliance were in agreement in relation to this.

After all, there were hundreds of years of history as examples. The Chinese people had a deep understanding of how cruel the Japanese were. If they allowed the war to take place in Mainland China, then the losses would be unimaginable even if they won the war. So, the war had to be in the Japanese territory. This way, no matter how cruel the Japanese were, they would be harming their own people.

“Mmm! I agree with this!” Jiang Fei nodded.

“This time, just to be on the safe side, the Martial Art Alliance will dispatch two Level 5 masters and bring a Godblade to Japan!” Han Tianyu said. There were reasons why the Martial Art Alliance was making such a big scene. On one hand, they wanted to ensure that they killed the guardian beasts of Japan. On the other hand, it was to show the Mutants Brotherhood their power, telling them not to think that they were really invincible.

“Hoho, those old guys can’t sit still anymore?” Jiang Fei laughed.

“Sigh! These Level 5 masters are all ancestors of the major sects. Even though they’ve already shut themselves away from the world for many years, no one wants to see China get destroyed, so they will naturally come forward.” Han Tianyu said.

“Since everything has been arranged, why are you so eager for me to come back?” Jiang Fei asked.

“Because the Level 5 masters have only agreed to kill the guardian beasts of Japan. They are not interested in ordinary Bio-Humans. So, the Mutants Brotherhood will organize a second wave of attacks and the China Martial Art Alliance will also participate. They hope that you can lead one team into the battle,” Han Tianyu said.

“Are you going?” Jiang Fei asked with a smile. He understood what the Martial Art Alliance was doing. This was another good opportunity for him to gain more military achievements. Therefore, the Martial Art Alliance wanted to give this opportunity to Jiang Fei. This way, the disciples from the younger generation could also interact with him more.

“What can I do if I go? Get myself killed?” Han Tianyu rolled his eyes. He was only at the beginning stage of Level 2. He could not protect himself against a Bio-Human army at all, so he would definitely get himself killed if he went.

“Okay! I’ll accept this mission!” Jiang Fei nodded. He did not accept this mission to gain more honor in the Martial Art Alliance. There was nothing that the Martial Art Alliance had that he was interested in at all. He accepted this mission mainly so he could look for opportunities to destroy the information on Bio-Technology that the Japanese had, so that it would not fall into the hands of other forces. This would prevent more problems from arising in the future.

While Jiang Fei and Han Tianyu talked, the helicopter had landed on the top floor of Manda Square. Jiang Fei only went home after changing into a set of clean clothes at Han Tianyu’s house. After all, he had been passing through rainforests for a whole month. His original clothes have long since been ruined.

When Jiang Fei opened his house door, he realized that Si Tuying was also there. In fact, for the past few days, this girl had been coming to Jiang Fei’s house to chat with his mother almost every day. Through Jiang Fei’s mother, she learned about Jiang Fei’s childhood.

“Shatter…” Si Tuying saw Jiang Fei as soon as he entered the door. The teacup in her hand fell on the ground and shattered into pieces. The girl who was by the tea table immediately rushed into Jiang Fei’s arms.

The girl who just fell in love had been away from her lover for more than a month. As she missed him so much, the emotions bottled up in her heart immediately broke out when she saw him. At this point, even though Si Tuying was a tough girl, her eyes were red and filled with tears.

“It’s okay…” Jiang Fei held Si Tuying tightly in his arms. Even though he did call her for the past few days, he still felt pretty bad.

“Mmm…” The girl hummed softly. Then, she lifted her face, her eyes closed. She pouted her seductive red lips slightly, obviously sending a certain call to her lover.

Seeing that the girl was asking for a kiss voluntarily, Jiang Fei did not stand on ceremony and immediately kissed the girl.

“Ah! Xiao Fei, you’re back!” At this very moment, his mother who had gone to get a photo album, came out from the room.

“Ah!” Although Si Tuying could not help but ask for a kiss voluntarily, she was caught red-handed by Jiang Fei’s mother. Feeling extremely embarrassed, Si Tuying immediately pushed Jiang Fei away.

“Hoho…” Jiang Fei smiled. His mother saw him being intimate with a girl, so his face felt a little hot.

“I’ll leave you two to it. I’m going to the supermarket to buy some ingredients. I’ll make something good for dinner!” Jiang Fei’s mother glared at him. Although she was very excited to see her son, she decided to give the couple some time first.
