Samsara Tower: Only I Know the Plot!

After parting with Jitto, Fenric held a scroll in his hand.

[Fighting Skill: Purification]

Effect: Instantly removes all negative effects and restores the user to peak condition.

Caution: Does not heal injuries. Poison effects are only halved. Cooldown: 24 hours.

Fenric chuckled softly.

On the surface, this Purification skill didn’t seem particularly impressive. A full-day cooldown, no recovery of injuries, and only halving poison damage...

For the average Samsara player, it was far from valuable. Most of their damage came from injuries, with poisoning being a distant second.

But for Fenric, this skill was priceless.

His ultimate skill, the Indestructible Demon Body, devoured stamina and energy at an alarming rate. After twenty minutes, when the state ended, his body would inevitably collapse into extreme weakness. That weakness was, in essence, a negative state.

With Purification, Fenric could instantly erase that weakness and return to fighting form.

That alone made it invaluable.

And weakness wasn’t the only negative status out there—control skills, suppression abilities, or curses could also be cleansed.

Fenric, deeply satisfied, tore the scroll and absorbed its knowledge.

”Congratulations, you have mastered the fighting skill: Purification.”

He glanced at the clock. It was already half past four in the morning. With only thirty minutes left before the Samsara Space closed at 7:10, Fenric decided to log off.

—--

Back in the real world, Fenric reappeared in his bedroom.

He released Skynet, let her roam to the living room, then went to wash up before finally collapsing into bed.

—--

The next day, Fenric didn’t wake until the sun was already high.

He stirred only when the aroma of food drifted into his room.

Yawning, he brushed his teeth, washed his face, and followed the smell to the living room. There, he found Skynet—the little loli AI—busy in the kitchen.

”What are you cooking? Smells amazing,” Fenric asked.

”Brother, you’re awake!” Skynet beamed. ”I’m making braised pork.”

Fenric raised an eyebrow. ”Since when did you learn to cook?”

”It’s easy! There are so many cooking tutorials online. I just downloaded them all,” she replied cheerfully.

Fenric blinked. Right—he kept forgetting that the girl in front of him wasn’t human but an advanced AI. As long as the knowledge existed online, she could master it.

”Brother, are you hungry? Dinner will be ready in three minutes.”

She seemed to take her role as Fenric’s ”little sister” very seriously, eager to fulfill it.

Fenric smiled faintly. He didn’t mind. Having another sister wasn’t so bad—especially one who could solve his eating problems.

Three minutes later, the table was set.

”Come on, brother, try it!” Skynet said eagerly.

There were three dishes and a beef soup, each plated with meticulous care. The presentation rivaled that of a five-star restaurant.

Fenric sampled the braised pork, and his eyes lit up. ”Not bad at all. Skynet, you could open a restaurant.”

Starving, he quickly devoured most of the meal.

Though Skynet couldn’t eat, she sat across the table, watching him finish with a satisfied smile. For her, seeing Fenric enjoy her cooking made her feel useful.

After dinner, Skynet busied herself cleaning while Fenric turned on his computer.

Online, the name Shura once again dominated the headlines:

[Comprehensive Strength Breaks S-Rank!]

[Surpasses Aurora Morwyn!]

[Crowned Jadeveil Nation’s No.1 Master!]

The news was sensational. Netizens and media outlets flooded the web with praise. Many voices were outright sycophantic.

Even the president publicly posted a congratulatory statement—clearly a goodwill signal from the nation’s higher-ups.

But Fenric remained calm.

Ever since he received his Super God evaluation, outside opinions no longer held much weight for him. His mindset had shifted—what he cared about now was only one thing:

Becoming stronger.

The power flowing within him gave both satisfaction and security.

”Ding-dong!”

His phone buzzed with a text message. Fenric picked it up and saw it was from Yuhan. His brows lifted slightly.

Yuhan:Fenric, are you awake?

Fenric:Yes.

Yuhan:Where are you?

Fenric:At home.

Yuhan:Then come out! I’m at Moda Mall. Let’s meet there!

Fenric thought of asking why, but stopped himself. Last night, after he gave her two special items—the Sentinel Robot and the Mark 7—she had promised to give him a gift today.

Seems the girl was serious.

Fenric chuckled softly. He washed up, changed into clean clothes, and headed out.

Meanwhile—

In the Cindralock Dominion, inside a secluded manor, more than twenty figures gathered in the lavish living room.

Each carried an extraordinary aura—sharp-eyed, imposing, or refined. None of them were ordinary.

And indeed, they were not.

Every single person present ranked within the Top 50 of the Global Master List.

They sat waiting.

”Where is Mr. Adam?” a striking black woman complained, her tone tinged with impatience. ”I gave up precious beauty sleep to come here. How much longer must we wait?”

The attendant by her side quickly bowed. ”My apologies, Ms. Drew. Mr. Adam just finished a meeting with the President. He’s on his way now.”

Drew sniffed disdainfully but said no more. This was Adam’s domain—she wouldn’t dare cause trouble.

Five minutes later, the manor doors opened.

A tall, broad-shouldered middle-aged man strode in, his presence immediately commanding the room.

”Sorry to keep you all waiting.”

At once, the gathered masters rose to their feet.
