Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 326: Julia’s Last Stand

Julia feels her entire body burning, and how could she not? Adam was so close to her.

His touch makes her feel more alive than she has ever felt, as if he’s the only one in the world who sees her for the person that she is.

His words make her angry, but only excite her in ways that make her spine shiver.

So when he sat next to her, doing those things, being right about what she was thinking, she knew she had no fight in her anymore.

She wanted to give in, let Adam take her. She was done resisting. She wanted him to touch her pussy with his finger and press his lips against her, shove his tongue into her mouth, and claim her.

But then he did, what he always does, pull away at the very last minute, leaving her more frustrated and angry than ever.

As she watches him walk away from her, all she can do is stare, her eyes burning with fury. Why does he always do this? Why does he treat her like this?

She has given up, she no longer wants to fight, and she knows very damn well Adam can see it on her face and in her eyes, so this action of his is deliberate.

She hates him, but she hates herself more for letting him do these things to her and still wanting him more than anything in this world.

Julia watches as Adam makes his way towards the kitchen, only to see Xu Lin walk out and stop in her steps.

She then sees Adam approach her, standing before Xu Lin as the girl shyly lowers her head while biting down on her lip.

She sees Adam turn his head and look at her, that smug smirk on his face very present, mocking her.

Julia feels her stomach twist seeing that smirk. She knows what he is doing.

She sees him place his hand on Xu Lin’s waist and pull her closer, making his body press against hers, before grabbing her chin with his fingers and making her look up at him.

Julia sees Adam leaning in to kiss her, but before his lips meet Xu Lin’s, he shifts his eyes to face her before finally planting them.

Julia watches Adam turn Xu Lin so that her back faces her while he continues to look at her with his mocking gaze.

She can hear him sloppily kiss Xu Lin, tongue forward, aggressive and dominant. It isn’t just a kiss, but a taking of what belongs to him.

His eyes continue to look at her, mocking her, teasing her, showing her that it could be hers if she wants to.

Julia feels more anger, more frustration. The way Adam kisses Xu Lin, he should be kissing her like that on this very couch.

And like Xu Lin, who has completely given herself to Adam, in her place, it should be her.

But it’s not. Adam is giving it to someone else while mocking her at the same time.

Seeing it, it’s clearer than ever to Julia that Adam doesn’t want to leave her with even a shred of self-worth; he wants to strip her of it all, leaving nothing but a woman whose meaning in life is to be completely subservient to him.

Julia realizes that becoming absolutely subservient to Adam is the only way he is ever going to take her in, and she hates him for that.

In his eyes, she is nothing but an object he wants to use, and Julia hates how much a large part of her now wants to be that.

But that tiny voice continues to fight, getting louder by the second.

The more she sees Adam kiss Xu Lin, groping her with his hands, feeling up her ass and breasts, the louder that voice in her head gets.

If Adam had taken her, she would have backed off and completely given in, but no longer.

She is not going to call off her plan.

Yes, her plan was already in motion to get rid of Adam once and for all. If Adam had taken her at this moment, she would have called it off, but Adam had to play with her feelings, taunt her, make a fool out of her, stick to his ways - wanting to strip her of all her dignity and self-worth.

But no, Julia is not going to let him do that to her.

It’s time she gets the upper hand, and when she has that, she is going to make Adam take her.

She doesn’t want to send him away anymore; she realized that she couldn’t imagine a life without Adam in it.

By finally getting the upper hand, she is going to set things back to how they were. She is going to get her hands back on Jack’s properties while also making sure that she has Adam for herself.

Before, she thought she would live without Adam if she got Jack’s money, but now things have changed. She has come to terms with her desire and knows that life without him will no longer be the same.

So she is going to have both.

She stares at Adam, who still has his lips locked against Xu Lin’s while his hands hold Xu Lin up by her ass, his fingers digging into her asscheeks.

Adam, who is having fun tasting Xu Lin while also pissing off Julia, notices the shift in Julia’s eyes.

From being angry and frustrated, Julia’s eyes went cold for a second, and this was all Adam needed to know that the woman is planning something.

He pulls away from the kiss and looks at Xu Lin, whose face is completely flushed from the intense kissing.

”My dear, do me a favor and make dinner for one more person tonight, okay?” Adam asks.

”As you wish, master~” Xu Lin says, unable to deny Adam’s request.

”Good girl,” Adam praises her and sends her away before meeting Julia’s gaze again.

He is eager to see what Julia has in store because Adam knows this is essential for his final nail in the coffin that he has prepared for Julia.

He needs to completely destroy Julia’s plan and show her just how powerless she is when facing him, and this final blow will be the last push Adam needs to turn Julia into an absolute, subservient slave.

Adam gives Julia one last smirk before retreating to his room, where he begins practicing the piano, learning new tunes that are in the course.

6 PM, there is a ring at the front door. Xu Lin opens the door to find the lady from this morning back.

”Xu Lin, good evening~” Isla greets her with a smile.

Xu Lin meets Isla’s smile shyly and lowers her head. She is still not used to being social with people.

”Please come in, master’s waiting for you in his room,” Xu Lin says in a meek tone.

Isla smiles, hearing Xu Lin, and couldn’t help but think how cute Xu Lin is. Her pretty face, her small stature, and how her maid-outfit hugs her perfect, sexy body, enhancing her breasts and thighs.

Isla can’t help but think about doing naughty things with Xu Lin; in her eyes, Xu Lin is a perfect little sub who can be tied up and fucked until she is completely ruined.

And given what she has seen-- the way Xu Lin acts and behaves around Adam, she knows Adam has done just that.

She just hopes that maybe she can take a go at Xu Lin as well.

’I need to ask babe about it,’ She thinks as she steps into the mansion.

”I will go meet Adam. You take care of yourself, okay?” Isla says, to which Xu Lin simply nods her head.

Isla chuckles at her cuteness before making her way up the stairs.

While she is at it, she turns her head and sees Julia, sitting in the living room, staring at her with some hostility.

Isla feels the hostile look she is getting from Julia and wonders what she could have done to earn Julia’s ire.

But she doesn’t care to know.

Her whole life, she has met many people who have been hostile towards her just because of her beauty and talent.

Ignoring Julia, she walks up the stairs and skips towards Adam’s room.

As she gets close, she hears the sound of a piano being played.

A classical tone that she is very familiar with. One composed by a blind musician who tried to imagine how colors would sound after taking descriptions of colors from multiple sources.

And from the sound of it, Adam is playing very well.

She smiles and peeks into his room to see Adam’s back facing her, staring at his computer’s screen, watching a woman play the piano while he follows her instructions.

She slowly sneaks up behind him and puts her hands over his eyes, and giggles.

”You are earlier than I expected. Couldn’t keep yourself away from me, could you?” Adam says.

He knew Isla was here before she even stepped inside his room.

”Not so fast, go on, tell me who this is?” Isla asks, changing the sound of her voice, and she does a very good job as she sounds nothing like she usually does.

”Do you really think I can’t recognize my own girlfriend?” Adam asks, grabbing her hand before pulling her before him.

”Come here,” He says, pulling her into his arms and kissing her.

”Annn~” ”Mnnnn~” Isla yelps happily before getting lost in the kiss.
