Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Chapter 1293: 5 more traitors?

From MCʼs Perspective:

”If not for the energy running out, you wouldnʼt be this lucky to get the masterʼs inheritance,” the Golemʼs voice sounded again.

Hearing that, my mouth twitched. Here I thought that the inheritance trial was easy, but it turns out I was fortunate to pass the trials so easily.

Swoosh!

Before I knew it, a force pulled me back to the surface. The surface split open, and I appeared back on the ground. The split was nowhere to be seen.

”Leave this place. If you become a forbidden wizard, then come back. You might receive another gift,” the Golemʼs voice sounded from the ground.

Hearing that, my eyes flickered. I didnʼt expect the trial ground to still have something. Maybe my current strength is not enough to know.

But the trip was worth it. I was able to get the forbidden level inheritance.

Swoosh!

Then I turned around and started going back. I donʼt have any future plans. Right now, my goal is to leave Forbidden Pinewood Forest as soon as possible.

...

True Elements Society:

The True Elements Society is in chaos. Most of the students have left through the Teleportation Platform. Right now, the staff, elders, council elders, and the Supreme Wizards are remaining.

They are all tied to the organization; they canʼt leave just like that.

Boom!

Old man Caleb once again struck the magic formations with his mana coercion. But the formation is still intact. He is doing it just for fun.

He then turned towards Callen and asked, ”What happened?”

”Did you find your son or not?”

Hearing that, Callenʼs face turned ugly. He knows Gibson is looking for his son, but he has yet to receive any update regarding that.

He said, ”I have an insider here. He is looking for my son right now.”

Old man Caleb frowned. He was looking deep into the True Elements Society. He couldnʼt help but feel heart palpitations. He knew the True Elements Society was an old wizard society.

Though the current society is not the strongest, the old camel is better than the new organization. Who knows what their trump cards are?

So old man Caleb is not taking the risk of using a magic lord level spell here.

On the other hand, Supreme Wizard Gibson got the support of a few more Supreme Wizards. They are all acting in their interest. They are funded by the Aristocratic Families.

At this time, they donʼt have any choice other than to help Gibson because everyone was frightened by the 2 Magic Lords above. They know that Gibson works for the Perry Family.

They fear that the Magic Lords would attack them if they donʼt cooperate. So much so, they were ready to betray the organization. They didnʼt take Head Howardʼs presence into their consideration.

Gibson revealed a smile on his face. He looked at the Supreme Wizards and said, ”So glad that 5 of you have agreed to help me.”

”Whatʼs the issue?” one of them asked.

Hearing that, others showed doubtful expressions as well. The Supreme Wizards are strong. A single wizard was enough to destroy the organization unless they came across a Magic Lord level existence.

Suddenly, one of them asked, ”Donʼt tell me. You want us to fight against Head Howard?”

Hearing that, the othersʼ faces paled in fear.

Gibsonʼs face twitched. His eyes flashed with fear for a second. If Head Howard knows about his activities right now, he wonʼt hesitate to kill him on the spot.

Thatʼs why he wanted to rescue Rhys Perry as soon as possible.

”Itʼs not about Head Howard. Magic Lord Callen Perryʼs son was locked up in the underground prison. I need your help to rescue him,” Gibson revealed the truth.

”What?”

”Magic Lordʼs son!”

”No wonder he is attacking us right now.”

”But I heard that the Perry Family Head was in the estate right now.”

The 5 Supreme Wizards spoke one after another.

Gibson frowned before saying, ”Itʼs not Cooper, but Rhys Perry. He was imprisoned here.”

”Come with me to rescue him,” he added before moving forward.

The rest of them were taken aback. They didnʼt expect someone who had left long ago to return as well.

Seeing Gibson on the move, they started following. They still didnʼt know how to help. A Supreme Wizard was enough to rescue him from the underground cell.

Shortly afterward,

They came to the forbidden area by following Gibson. But they saw Gibson standing in front of the well. He was not moving an inch.

”Gibson, what happened?” one of the Supreme Wizards asked. He had a muscular build and was the Supreme Wizard behind the Beast Taming Department.

Upon seeing him, Gibson smiled and said, ”Nothing, you enter the underground prison to rescue him. Iʼll handle the trouble here.”

”What trouble?” the burly man asked.

Behind him, the other 4 Wizards were watching everything with interest as well.

”If itʼs trouble, then he is talking about me,” old lady Phylia appeared in mid-air.

”Starlight Supreme!”

”Supreme Wizard Phylia.”

”Whatʼs she doing here?”

The other Supreme Wizards were shocked to the core. They knew the infamous Starlight Supreme. She was the oldest Supreme here and also the strongest.

They knew that unlike them, she is a loyal member of the True Elements Society.

”What are you doing?”

”Get in there,” Gibson shouted.

Swoosh!

Hearing that, the burly man disappeared from the spot and tried to get inside.

”You dare!”

Old lady Phylia yelled. The next second, several dazzling starlights struck the body of the burly man.

”Argh!”

His body was sent flying before smashing into the magic wall.

Boom!

A deafening noise occurred.

Seeing that, the rest of the wizards gasped. It was not even a proper magic spell attack; she just used elemental manipulation.

But it had sent the Supreme Wizardʼs body flying.

Gibsonʼs expression turned dark.

He stared at her and said, ”Old woman, do you want to die? Our 2 Magic Lords are waiting outside. If you want to live, just hand over Rhys Perry.”

Hearing that, Phylia snorted. She didnʼt take his threat seriously.

Boom!

A powerful magic circle appeared before her. Seeing that, everyoneʼs expressions changed drastically.

”What are you guys doing?”

”Iʼll stop her. Go and rescue Rhys Perry,” Gibson shouted again.

Hearing that, the others immediately moved to enter the underground well.

Phyliaʼs eyes turned cold. She cast a magic spell. Itʼs a Supreme Magic Level Spell. From the magic circle, a powerful starlight burst forth. It immediately struck the bodies of the Supreme Wizards.

Ka-boom!

The starlight destroyed everything it came in contact with. In the blink of an eye, the surrounding area was wiped out clean.

On the other hand, the impact sent their bodies flying in different directions, including Gibson, who was ready to confront her. Compared to her, he still had reservations.

Because he was afraid of Head Howard. Head Howard is inside the organization. If he wants, he could capture them all at once.

Boom!

The Supreme Wizards smashed into the building, destroying it. They were all caught off guard by her instant casting of the Supreme Wizard level spell.

Everyoneʼs clothes were torn apart. Their strong Supreme Wizard bodies were now bleeding because of the injuries. The starlight element is not easy to withstand.

If they were ordinary wizards, they would have died on the spot. Right now, everyone has suffered some injuries. If they continued to anger her, then they didnʼt know what level of spell she might cast next.

Meanwhile,

Howard Mason was in his room. He was observing the development as well. The scene of starlight magic striking 6 Supreme Wizards at the same time didnʼt go unnoticed under his watchful eyes.

”There are 5 more traitors,” his eyes turned cold.

”I want to see how many rats will appear next,” he added.

He thought that the current situation was best for figuring out the loyal members. Earlier, despite knowing about the activities of the Supreme Wizards, he couldnʼt act against them.

Because none of them had acted against the True Elements Society. But right now, everything has changed. Since they had decided to act against the True Elements Society, he was not going to spare them.

Rhys Perry and others are simply bait. Because of it, he could clean the True Elements Society right now.

Suddenly, the image of Vincent Carey came to his mind.

”What happened to him?”

”Did he escape?” he asked himself.

He knew that the Perry Family was after that kid as well.

He then immediately called Paul Lin. When the call was connected, he immediately asked about Vincent Carey.

”Head, Iʼm looking for that kid. But he seems to have escaped as well,” Paul Lin said with a bitter smile on the call.

”What?”

”Donʼt you know that the Perry Family was after that kid? How did he leave?” Howard asked with a dissatisfied tone.

He was angry. The importance of Vincent Carey is higher than other wizard students. He doesnʼt want to offend the Mage Union. At the same time, that young man is a talented wizard as well.

Paul Lin remained silent. He himself was quite shocked. Vincent Carey used to discuss every small matter with him, but he didnʼt know what had changed now.
