Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

Chapter 1150: A clever plot

From MCʼs Perspective:

We both then left the Floating building. Earlier, I wanted to meditate in the mana chamber. But Dimitryʼs situation is complex. If I donʼt help, he will suffer.

If it was a usual me, I wouldnʼt pay attention to the safety of others. This time, itʼs hard to gain the support of the backer.

Elder Paul Linʼs words have given me hope. So I donʼt want anything bad to happen in this situation. Especially, when Dimitry is facing troubles.

If I donʼt help him now, this might create a bad impression on others. Especially to the Supreme Wizard Phylia.

”What are you thinking?”

Dimitryʼs voice sounded.

”Itʼs nothing. Do we have to walk that long?” I asked back.

”Flying is prohibited. We can only go on a walk,” Dimitry replied.

While we were approaching the destination.

On the other hand, a group of Wizards from the Beast Taming Department were already waiting for Dimitry a few distances ahead of Dorm Building 20.

”The coward has yet to come. He has been fooling us all along,” A slender-looking wizard said.

”I have told you before. People have seen him having close contact with Vincent Carey. I think he must have told Vincent about us,” A female wizard said.

”This b@#trd, we should capture both of them and let our beast devour them as food,” A sinister Wizard said.

The people have seen through the lies of Dimitry. He doesnʼt need to maintain the disguise anymore.

”Brother, should we kill him here? Itʼs prohibited to use magic spells or attack here,” Another Male Wizard raised the question.

Among the group, he was the one who was thinking about the consequences. The others are not worried about the reactions.

”Issac, if you are worried about the consequences, you can watch from the sidelines. If we donʼt make him bedridden, then no one will take our department seriously. Besides, do you think that the elder is going to punish us,” The Slender-looking Wizard said.

Issac sighed inwardly. He canʼt convince others anymore.

A few minutes later,

We got closer to his dormitory. Just as we were talking and laughing while walking along the path.

[Ding! Warning]

[Hostile intentions were detected]

A mechanical voice sounded in my mind.

”Walk slowly,” I said to him

Dimitry was surprised but nodded his head.

Shortly afterwards,

I saw four wizards standing together as if they were waiting for someone.

Dimitryʼs eyes widened. He immediately said, ”They are the ones.”

”Looking at their attitude, I donʼt think they will let us go in one piece,” Dimitry stated.

”They will not attack inside the campus,” I replied.

”Donʼt underestimate them. These guys have big families behind them. Even if they commit crime, they wonʼt face serious punishment,” Dimitry said.

My eyes flickered. I tried to see through their Magic Level. Then I realized only one among them was level 8, and the rest of them were level-7 Wizards.

”This group is weaker than the Bloodline Beast Department,” I said in my heart.

Then I thought of something. Charon Perry, that guy is a final-year student. And his Lackeys are in their 4th year and 3rd year.

And this group seems to be 2nd or 3rd year students.

”Look the coward has come,” The female said, her eyes were menacing.

”Look whoʼs with him. That person is our actual target,” The Sinister wizard said with a smile.

”Are you going to attack him as well?” Issac asked. His expression was serious. Donʼt expect the infamous newcomer to appear.

The newcomer was the real target of their families. Itʼs just instead of directly killing him, they are doing it in a roundabout way.

”Issac, shut up. Donʼt bother to intervene. I didnʼt expect Vincent Carey to come here. If I seriously injure him, I can get huge rewards.”

”So I wonʼt kill him directly,” The slender-looking wizard said. He is not a fool to kill someone inside the organizationʼs territory.

”Letʼs go and stop them,” The slender looking wizard stepped forward to block the path.

Hearing that Sinister Wizard and the female wizard followed him from behind. Issac is not ready to support them.

Instead, he sent a message to one of the Department Elders. He knew after the attack, someone had to come to clean the mess.

”I hope that nobody and coward wonʼt die,” He said to himself. Because he doesnʼt want to get caught in a mess.

Just as the trio blocked the path. Dimitry turned towards me.

”What are we gonna do?” He asked.

Iʼm looking at the trio. They have avoided Dimitry. Everyoneʼs gaze is on me right now. I taught a lesson to the 2 Bloodline Beast Wizards.

I have realized that their beaten-up news was suppressed, and no one knows about it. Otherwise, the Wizards from the Other Departments wonʼt dare to do anything.

A few seconds pass by,

Everyone is looking at each other. No one is taking the initiative to do anything.

”Itʼs forbidden to fight by using magic spells. Should I use the ability to suppress them?” I asked in my heart.

Boom!

Without hesitation, the slender-looking wizard sprang into action and summoned his Beast partner. A colossal 20-foot Beast Snake erupted into the sky above us.

”Retreat!”

I commanded my voice to be firm and clear.

Dimitry and I leapt back as the massive Beast Snake crashed down between us.

”Are you crazy?!” Dimitry shouted, his panic evident. ”Using magic on campus is strictly forbidden! Youʼll face the consequences!”

”Ha... ha... ha...” The slender-looking wizard laughed confidently. ”My beast is out of control right now, and I have no idea how to handle it!”

”What a clever tactic,” I thought as my eyes narrowed; I didnʼt expect him to use the beast as an excuse.

”Everyone, summon your beasts and encircle them!” he commanded his friends with authority.

Boom! Boom!

The Female Wizard summoned a Giant Black Spider that appeared behind the target. Beside it, a Giant Salamander emerged, summoned by the sinister wizard. The Salamanderʼs eyes were as bloodthirsty as his.

Issac, who is observing from a distance, shakes his head.

”Itʼs over,” he muttered.

”Vincent do something,” Dimitry asked.

”Itʼs getting out of hand,” I muttered. Then I quickly sent a ”help” message to Elder Paul. This all happened within seconds.

The Slender-looking Wizardʼs eyes narrowed. He noticed the actions.

”Damn it, ” he asked for help. Attack them,” He shouted.

Boom!

The Beast Snake charged forward, ready to strike. Behind it, the Giant Black Spider unleashed a venomous web, while the Giant Salamander opened its mouth to launch rocks imbued with earth elemental power.

This all transpired in the blink of an eye. Dimitry looked terrified; it was clear he lacked real combat experience. In situations like this, staying calm is essential. As the coordinated attack closed in on us, I prepared myself to respond.

Boom!

A powerful force of repulsion surged through my body, effortlessly shattering the poisoned web. At the same moment, the solid rocks beneath me crumbled under the sheer strength of the repulsive energy.

The Giant Beast Snake slammed into a formidable force with a resounding thud.

Hiss!

It hisses loudly before retreating backwards.

The entire event unfolded within seconds. Seeing that both of them were unharmed, the Beast Taming Wizards were in shock.

”What just happened?” the Female Wizard exclaimed, her eyes widening as she realized that her spiderʼs webs had been shattered by an unknown force.

”Impossible!” the slender-looking wizard exclaimed, even more astounded.

He is a formidable level 8 Beast Tamer Wizard, commanding a powerful Snake Beast of the 8th Order. In addition, the female and the sinister figures alongside him are equally skilled, standing as Level 7 Wizards with their own impressive 7th-order Beast Partners.

”Silent casting,” the sinister guy declared confidently.

”This?” Hearing that other 2 felt even more amazed.

Silent casting is a far more demanding skill than instant casting, and it is a hallmark of elite-level Combat Wizards.

Isaac, observing from a distance, was suddenly jolted awake by the unexpected scene before him. This was not what he had envisioned; he had anticipated seeing two people lying on the ground.

To his surprise, they were still standing, but he knew they would need the eldersʼ assistance to clean up the mess.

”Did he cast magic spell?” Issac asked himself.

But he didnʼt see any runic circles.

On the other hand, Dimitryʼs heart set off storms. He couldnʼt even perceive what happened just now.

”Are you a level-6 Wizard?” Dimitry asked.

Meanwhile,

A few minutes ago,

In the Beast Taming Department, an elderly man confidently takes a moment to relax in his office after delivering an engaging lecture. As he settles in, he effortlessly drifts into a deep, restful sleep.

Buzz!

He received a text message but ignored the notification sound and continued to nap. A few seconds later, he opened his eyes and, on a whim, glanced at his watch. He casually checked the text message, but when he read the content, he was taken aback.

”What the f@#k!”

His expression changes drastically. His students have asked for help, but unlike usual requests, this felt more like ordering him to clean up their mess.
