Chapter 1251: Chapter 956: Prologue

”As long as it works.”

The man named Ye Zhi leaned back in his chair reading a book, speaking without lifting his head: ”The Golden Dawn is not a reformatory.”

”What is it then?”

Lu BaiYan pressed on: ”Destroyed the Heavenly Kingdom, leading to Utopia’s downfall, wreaking havoc in Hell for years, all this for what?”

”Of course, to destroy this world.”

Ye Zhi closed the poetry book after marking the page, calmly replied: ”In the literal sense, destroying every person, every place with people, every human achievement and work, with nothing left intact.”

This man, seemingly refined, spoke the most brutal words about the world. After a slight pause, he profoundly informed him: ”However, before that, some must perish first.”

Every remnant of Utopia, everyone attempting to reconstitute the Heavenly Kingdom Genealogy, striving to recreate the past, must be met with the most thorough destruction and death.

At any cost.

Just like the determination held by Luo Su.

If in the past the two sides managed to maintain a semblance of harmony in Hell amidst mutual infiltration, now it’s the most complete rupture.

In the depths of Hell, two branch campuses governed by Ramanujan and Ms. Chen have started fierce wars with the Rulers.

Soon, the Ivory Tower shall pay for its arrogance.

At this very moment, accompanied by Ye Zhi’s words, behind the carriage, where should have been holding cargo and timber, pairs of blood-red eyes slowly opened.

The slumbering legion awakened.

The Solidifiers from the Golden Dawn felt the looming killing intent.

Right now, above the sky dome, a crimson perfect circle suddenly emerged, with four radiating beams of blood light spinning from it, and a tiny dot appeared from the center.

Like a sniper rifle aiming, directly at the train’s location.

The terrifying powers from afar at the border were slowly accumulating.

Looking down coldly.

-- Summon Dragon Flute.

This is the true war form of the Summon Dragon Flute. As the world’s largest Abyss Telescope, it is also the prototype of Utopia’s ultra-depth Hell strike weapon assembled just before its downfall.

But now, it is not in a hurry to deliver destructive strikes.

Merely showcasing its existence.

Proclaiming an unspeakable rage to those traitors of the past.

”Look, they are watching us.”

Ye Zhi chuckled lightly.

But Lu BaiYan was unmoved, instead gazed out the window towards the distant mountains.

As if he could feel a resonance among the Sky’s Command.

”He’s there.”

Through endless dancing snow and storm, gazing at that distant figure... able to glimpse the violent glow beyond infinite storms, his eyes stung by the sharp force, bloodshot threads emerged.

”Is that Luo Su’s sun? So dazzling...”

Lu BaiYan murmured softly.

”Indeed.” Ye Zhi said, ”In the foreseeable future, it will shine brilliantly.”

”No, it won’t.”

In that moment, the Crown of National Mourning emerged above Lu BaiYan’s head.

Seventy years of silence later, the former Great Priestess coldly gazed at his junior, his replacement.

In the instant of their mutual gaze, the only things that emerged from their hearts were the most straightforward and pure resolve.

He said, ”I’m going to kill him.”

In that instant, on the mountains, the youth by the bonfire seemed to hear his words.

Smiling quietly.

Fingers hanging before his knees slightly plucked.

Striking notes that unfold the prelude.

Hence, the Variant Ghosts crouching on the train lifted their smoldering red eyes, as if sensing something, gazing at the storm ahead.

Amidst vast, desolate white, a flickering shadow suddenly emerged.

Along the endless tracks, heading towards the speeding train, coming directly.

Step by step, forward.

Under the dancing cloak in the snowstorm, a slender hand dragged a heavy sword, slicing through frost, the iron blade rubbing against ice, sparks flying.

The train roared.

Within the deep sounds of countless rail collisions, a high whistle burst forth.

On the train roof, those Variant Ghosts resembling dwarves, slender limbs began to wriggle, brewing muddled yet sharp sounds in their throats, swallowing saliva before the hunt, readying themselves for anyone daring to climb this train of death.

They competed for the foremost position, poised for assault.

Compared to the speeding train, that elusive figure moved so slowly, yet with each stride, the footprints seemed to crush the snow, imprinted beneath the flying snow within rock and iron.

Then, out of the wind’s roar, hissing, and the train’s bellow, a clear sound suddenly rang out.

Like vibrating strings.

It was the sword blade slicing through flying snow and wind’s low hum, the Mountain Monarch silently screeched, grinding teeth and sucking blood, eyes crimsoned from captivity, gazing ahead at its prey.

In the driver’s seat, the undead driver stared blankly, sensing the contradiction and conflict between the predetermined orders and reality.

Right at the forefront of the tracks, the sudden obstacle lifted the heavy sword in their hand, aiming at the speeding train ahead.

——Slash!

In an instant, intense heat surged, as if lava was flowing and gathering on the sword blade, causing all insignificant snowflakes and ice to melt, piercing through the storm, and in the moment of breaking free from shackles, violently annihilating everything before it.

Intense shock erupted.

The terrifying train, full of Hell creatures, collided with the sword blade, and instead of a thunderous roar, there arose a mournful and poignant tune!

A song offered to wanderers!

Once a legendary classic, written by the Gypsy wanderers, at this moment, played from the sword blade.

Under the torn hood, Yuan Yuan lifted her eyes, from which scorching brilliance burst forth.

The black totems originally hidden under her thin clothes rapidly expanded, spreading and climbing onto her face, turning her originally charming and serene cheeks solemn and dignified.

In the instant the music played, the Miracle Imprint dormant in her bloodline also awoke, turning the originally dark patterns crimson, quickly growing, even surpassing physical manifestation, appearing as slender, curved horn projections on her forehead.

Miracle Imprint·Captured Cow!

Fragments stripped from the Dragon Vein flowing on the land of Dongxia, formed by the divine traces of the Dragon’s offspring. Exhibited within the world, using the never-ending worldly melodies and resonant sounds as a carrier!

At this moment, accompanied by the melody of a sword slash, the long Dragon Roar emerged from the violin’s song, shaking the heavens and earth before her, turning all insignificant things into dust.

The train shook violently, terrifying waves spread, and the scorching Burning Wind engulfed the Variant Ghosts that flew up, instantly turning them into ashes.

And that speeding train, astonishingly, was also derailed under this sword, swerving from its original path and staggering towards the rugged ice field, brushing past Yuan Yuan.

From the head of the train onwards, a gigantic crack appeared on the body, rapidly expanding with the advancement of the sword blade. Like the gutted abdomen of a Giant Beast, sticky and foul-smelling blood gushed from within, leaving a rapidly spreading red streak on the pale ice field.

Numerous carriages overturned and rolled, countless debris flew out from the shattered carriages.

Amidst the shock, Tattooed Face suddenly raised a hand, and from the cracked face came a muffled, deep chant, causing the originally slanting carriages to be suspended in mid-air by invisible forces, slowly landing.

Outside the train, Yuan Yuan raised a hand, tugged down the cumbersome coat from her body, revealing a fitted white shirt.

Her long hair, tied into a ponytail, fluttered in the snow wind.

Like a flag.

”Consider that as a greeting.”

She calmly inquired, ”Could I ask everyone not to hide anymore next?”

Thus, she raised the sword blade towards the Variant Ghosts and corpse dogs crawling out from countless trains, in the reflection of the sword’s spine, the liberated Mountain Monarch sneered, roaring silently.

Unlike the gentle melodies of the past, under the blessing of the Miracle Imprint·Captured Cow, the performance on the sword blade now became mighty and magnificent. The void emotions once conveyed through the music were transformed into real and unerring power, fiercely scattering with her advance.

And so, in an instant, it transformed into a whistling meteorite, easily breaking the shell of the carriage, bursting into darkness, bringing with it burning flames.

Sweep!

Leaving a perfectly round trajectory in the darkness, bisecting all opponents blocking the front!

Yet the wind brought another piercing cry.

The sword blade lifted, steel collided.

Outside the broken carriage, the fallen faint light illuminated the attackers.

”Is it really a woman?”

The knight clad in heavy armor raised their head, holding a long halberd and large shield, sneering mockingly, ”I never expected the Current Circumstances could cultivate such formidable dames...”

In their hand, the black large shield once also bore the emblem of the Eye of Nightmare, but the emblem had long been torn through by a slash mark.

This was the seal of the betrayer.

Once members of the Eye of Nightmare, many Solidifiers pursued power and turned towards the Abyss.

——Kumar, the Exiled.

”Sorry, the main character seems temporarily unavailable to pay you any mind.”

He lifted his long halberd, his crimson eyes taunting, ”How about playing with me... though, there are a few too many people, you don’t mind, do you?”

Accompanying his words, behind him in the carriage, pairs of crimson eyes emerged.

Knights clad in armor stepped out from the darkness, and on their blood-stained cloaks, the emblem of the treasure sword cross had long turned black. The solemn armor was covered in rust.

The Sacred Heart Knight Group, once fallen entirely during the Eastern Hell Crusade, reappeared in this world in such an ugly form.

All solidified, completely maddened from the Abyss’s erosion.

Long degenerated into monsters, with no pursuit other than killing and battling...

”Come, young lady.”

Under the mask armor, Kumar’s scars twisted with the sneer, ”I’ll take good care of you—”

His response was the scream of steel.

In an instant, crossing vast distances.

Mountain Monarch Thrust Attack!

With unstoppable force, tearing apart his long halberd, shield, armor, and even helmet.

Then, skillfully, severed the head!

The body fell, blood sprayed.

Facing the advancing knights like a forest, Yuan Yuan crossed over the corpses with an expressionless face, moving forward, merely dropping a final comment indifferently.

”Too much nonsense...”
