Chapter 1036: Chapter 802: Make-up Lesson Time

Thanks to LOU, the leader.

Three hours later, dinner ended.

”Really healthy, it’s rare to eat so heartily.”

After finishing the steak and salad, Luo Lao put down the knife and fork. Habitually, he reached for his protein powder thermos, but saw a freshly blended juice placed beside him.

It was as if it had been precisely measured for his weight and consumption — calories, sugars, fiber, and even fruit pulp proportion, everything was flawless.

As for the taste... it fully catered to his tough-guy palate, with no additives!

He raised his eyebrows, picked up the glass, and drank it all in one go, enjoying it: ”So exquisite, Mr. Fang, makes me want to do a few sets of anaerobic exercises to relax.”

”I’ll prepare a supper later; there’s a specific area in the basement at your disposal,” Uncle Fang smiled slightly, exchanged the plates, offered tea, and turned into the kitchen.

”Miscalculated.”

The old man looked down, rubbing his belly, realizing that he had unknowingly consumed excess today — truly terrifying.

While inspecting the student and the student’s student before him, he couldn’t help but shake his head: ”With such people around, no wonder you were fed like pigs, getting so fat one by one.”

He wiped his mouth, set down the tissue, and finally looked up at Huai Shi, and beside him... Yuan Yuan.

”Is this young girl your student?” He glanced at Yuan Yuan’s hands and structure, nodded casually: ”Seems decent, but not quite up to the level yet.”

As for the Wood Cottage, he didn’t even give a glance.

Wood Cottage didn’t dare to feel angry, instinctively shrank a bit behind Huai Shi.

You can’t see me, you can’t see me, you can’t see...

Until now, he realized this old man is the monster from Orchard Gym!

Oh my, the legend of defying and destroying teachers and ancestors, punching the Heretic King in extreme rage... Wood Cottage’s twelfth uncle was killed by this old man while causing trouble in India.

Punching easily.

Like squashing a chick.

How did he end up in Kyoto?

Little Nineteen shivered.

That ostrich-like demeanor made Luo Lao’s expression increasingly displeased.

”Not good, Huai Shi.” He frowned, saying, ”Looking like that, in the past, you’d have been cleared out of the family.”

”Times have changed, everyone has their own ambitions, why force it?”

Huai Shi picked up the spoon, stirred his coffee, blocking the view directed at Wood Cottage: ”Teacher Luo, you came to Tanbo Inner Circle, I warmly entertained you with my students, hosted meals and accommodation, hoping to make you feel at home... I understand that when people age, temper grows, but isn’t this unnecessary?”

He raised his head, seriously asking: ”Is there anywhere I’ve fallen short?”

”No, as a student, you’ve completed everything, it’s quite good, Huai Shi, I fully felt your respect and courtesy.”

Luo Lao paused, spread his hands, looking innocent: ”So, as a teacher, shouldn’t I be thorough too? Not mentioning the flaws wouldn’t make a good teacher, would it?”

Huai Shi sighed, gulped down the coffee from his cup, set it down, and slowly stood up: ”Since you’re so interested, why not personally guide me?”

He flexed his neck and fingers, producing crisp creaking sounds, stared fiercely at the elderly man beyond the table, wanting to punch that old face swaggering with seniority.

Luo Lao raised his eyebrows slightly, ”Body, is it okay?”

”Ah, sort of movable, no need for concern.”

Huai Shi asked with care: ”But how about you? At such an age, throwing out your back isn’t good, protein is harsh on kidneys, going to the toilet at night—is it convenient? Empty nest elders have a hard life without a caregiver, shall I arrange a nurse for you?”

”...”

Deathly silence, prolonged deathly silence.

Lin Nineteen instinctively swallowed saliva, felt his nerves tense, as if a volcano emerged before him, brewing the boiling heat beneath the earth, ready to erupt destructively.

A terrifying shadow covered his face, causing his Soul and Stigma to shudder.

When realizing it, he, Yuan Yuan, and even Raymond indulging in the drama had retreated to the corner, watching the two figures across the long table confronting each other.

Felt a palpable, no, fully realized murderous intent in the air!

”Great, Huai Shi, full of spirit!”

Luo Lao slowly grinned, muscles pressing against one another, forming a ’lovely’ smile: ”To repay your respect for the teacher, today I’ll beat you until you can’t move!”

He said, ”It’s make-up class time.”

”Bring it, baldy.”

Huai Shi sneered: ”I’ve weathered Destructive Element; why fear you!”

Both placed their hands on the table, glaring at their opponent, amidst silence, two sea-like sounds erupted unexpectedly.

Next, akin thermal effects emerged from both their bodies and following were contrasting colors...

One iron blue, one fiery red.

Heartbeats like drumbeats invigorated the blood into tides, stimulating every inch of power within their bodies by the crudest means.

——Overload State!

Both grinned simultaneously, shells suddenly shook, yet abruptly ceased — a sharp gaze shot from the kitchen.

”Young master and Mr. Luo.” The elderly man in a yellow electric mouse apron poked his head out, ”Please fight downstairs.”

”...”

In the awkward silence, Huai Shi’s expression twitched slightly, obediently nodded.

”Alright.”

.

.

In the overly spacious basement, there was a designated training area, Lin Nineteen sat on a chair, curiously observing around, feeling as if changes constantly happened here; last time it was full of various odd apparatus, now an expansive clear area had been cleaned out.

Expressionless, Yuan Yuan lifted a hand to knock his head, reminding him not to be distracted.

Raymond had already picked up his phone, ready to record a video.

Across from Huai Shi, the elderly man with fully bulging muscles had already taken off his coat and pants, left with only elastic shorts, amiably stretching his body, barefoot, testing the ground’s hardness with satisfaction.

Then, he motioned to Huai Shi with his hand.

”What are you waiting for, Huai Shi,” he said, ”Come on.”

”...”

Huai Shi silently looked at the old man opposite him, whose muscles were twitching all over, suddenly not wanting to fight. Too greasy, didn’t really want to get close to him.

”There are young girls here, can’t you pay some attention to your image?”

”No problem.”

Luo Lao supported his knees with his hands, moved his neck, rotated 180 degrees, suddenly facing backward and looked up, smiling widely: ”As long as I beat you to look uglier than me, there’ll be no issue!”

At that moment, the menacing upside-down grin instantly closed in.

Muscles turned steel blue, instantly entering an overload state, pure terrifying muscle power erupted at that moment, breaking through the air, Drummer!

A dull collision sound rang out.

Huai Shi’s eyes widened, and by the time he reacted, he had already bent over, a fist imprint protruding from his back. The blast point on his back spread the air waves.

Instant suffocation.

Too fast.

When both sides held a tacit agreement, dropping Stigma and other enhancements, remaining on the same level, it highlighted the vast disparity of skills.

One is in the sky, the other on the ground.

Huai Shi even suspected himself in the basement of the eighteenth layer of Hell, unable to gaze upon the gap between them. But it didn’t hinder his body from instinctively making a counterattack.

The Hand of Steel had already clenched the right hand of Luo Lao amidst spasms, while his left hand had already risen, clenched, aiming at the old man’s temple, smashing down.

——Triple-fold Lightning Heaven Break!

In the high-speed footage from Raymond’s phone, one could almost capture the rippling muscle under the huge impact on Luo Lao’s face, his features twisting, blood seeping from his mouth and nose.

Appearing even more menacing.

Suddenly, he grinned.

Just then, Huai Shi’s body abruptly soared, seized at the waist by those two thick arms, lifted from the ground, swung like a rag in the air drawing an arc, then smashed toward the ground.

Bang!

Whirlwind swept.

But no large pit appeared on the ground, Huai Shi’s body had already rolled and bounced back several meters with the support of arms and legs, lying on the ground.

The skin on his arms cracked with blood streaks, supporting the body, moving forward.

Sprint!

Like a human cannonball, under the augmentation of Yu Step, launching a charge forward.

Perhaps one could use Iron Mountain leaning to describe such a move, but it bore no resemblance to Iron Mountain leaning posture, at most, just a natural reflection formed in countless fights.

Below Luo Lao’s feet, the floor cracked open a fissure.

Steadfast and unmoving.

His hand grasped Huai Shi’s Iron Fist, seemingly astonished.

If it were before, forget this smooth counterattack, Huai Shi would’ve probably been beaten paralyzed by him, right?

”You’ve improved, Huai Shi.”

He quietly exclaimed, then his smile grew increasingly mocking.

Experience had grown, but alas, skills... haven’t kept pace!

The fingers holding the Iron Fist abruptly closed, sparking friction with the steel, gripping him tightly, then raised the thick arm, smashing toward his forehead.

Elbow strike!

Huai Shi stepped right, dodged an elbow enough to pierce through metal and iron, but immediately Luo Lao changed moves, the descending arm, fingers formed into a knife chopping towards his neck.

It was blocked.

Huai Shi’s left arm rose, wrist blocking the chopping hand knife, then following up his wrist, counter-attacking upward, also a hand knife!

Hand knife infused with Drummer’s Strength equaled a steel blade, if someone else, probably would be dissected from wrist pulse gate to complete arm, right?

But against muscles that instantly tightened and turned black, it only left a straight white mark.

Luo Lao’s arm trembled like a steel column, disrupting Huai Shi’s counterattack stance, initiating offense once again.

Within this less than half-step space where their arms were locked, two arms carried enormous power, nearly fighting to the death, mercilessly!

In the intense interchange, Huai Shi suddenly lifted his head, aimed at that smug smiling old face, smashing down!

This was the head that endured the Element of Destructive!

Crash!

A boom sound, both released hands.

But when Huai Shi halted his back sway, he saw the Iron Fist near at hand advancing!

He retreated, retreated again, being forced to the wall, with nowhere to retreat.

Yet the Iron Fist still hovered before him, wrapped in force of ten thousand pounds.

Just a push forward, Huai Shi would be like a magician unable to accept scientific theories in legend... headshot.

The verdict had been reached.

”Sixty points.” Luo Lao maintained the original posture, telling him: ”Huai Shi, you’ve passed.”

Huai Shi couldn’t help but laugh, wiped the nosebleed on his face, ”Next you’ll say I’m the worst batch you’ve ever taught, right?”

”Not necessarily, but you definitely paid the least tuition——”

Luo Lao sighed, ”Such a loss, damn it, only charged you a hundred thousand... But since you can keep up, then watch closely.”

At that moment, the old man grinned fiercely, solemnly declared:

”——A realm above the overload state!”
