Chapter 1032: Chapter 799: He Has a Lot of Friends (2)

”That’s good, hearing professionals talk is reassuring.”

Lin Nineteen sighed in relief and continued to lead the way: ”Now that we’ve arrived at Suzaku Town, how about we take a look at the front—Taifu Town, and also Tanbo Street Neighborhood... According to the future plan, this entire area will be a commercial district with quite a number of projects already under construction.”

The assessment group followed silently, while Mr. Katakain glanced back, noticing someone calling to consult their superiors.

Although it’s an unforeseen major benefit, it’s still unrelated to Tanbo’s own fiscal condition.

Tourism might be able to drive some industries, but compared to the vast area, it seems like a drop in the ocean, insignificant, merely surface gloss.

Just looking at the rapidly developing construction sites on both sides makes it clear.

If they can’t find significant income, the financial condition will only become more strained...

He paused his steps, lifted his head in the distant sea breeze, looking at the large building beside him that already showed preliminary outlines: ”Is this the oceanarium planned according to the schedule?”

”Yes.”

Lin Nineteen nodded, surveying the gradually completed outline of the building: ”How is it, quite grand, isn’t it? Frankly, I’ve never visited an oceanarium before in my life. Once it opens, please pay attention to it.”

”Forgive my frankness, Lin... Sir.” Mr. Katakain adjusted his glasses and said seriously: ”For Tanbo in its current state, facilities like an oceanarium are not necessary themselves, and would require long-term financial subsidies and expenses for maintenance. I’m afraid our bank would be hard-pressed to approve such funding. And... that building next to it, not included in the loan plan, an additional construction?”

”That one... that’s the new headquarters of Tanbo Marine Transport. They are self-funding the construction entirely.”

”Tanbo Marine Transport?”

”Yes, should be the news in these past couple of days, Miss Lihua of the Tobio family embraced the change, a unanimous decision was passed by the directors, reorganizing the Tobio Offshore Fishing Group under its name, and officially moving the headquarters to nearby.

The oceanarium next door is something they are sponsoring for maintenance.

By the way, there’s also sponsorship and support from the Pacific Rare Animal Protection Association, and they will sponsor quite a batch of precious marine species then.”

Lin Nineteen calmly replied: ”As for loans, there’s no need to worry anymore, actually you all should take a look at the current materials, the oceanarium’s funding is ample, it’s outside the loan plan now.”

Mr. Katakain was left in a daze.

Lin Nineteen paused for a moment, stared deeply at him, half-smiling as he told him: ”Tanbo Marine Transport, together with the Pacific Rare Animal Protection Association, has signed the new liner route agreement.

Both parties will further cooperate around the shared vision of protecting more endangered marine species... it’s all written in the materials, quite unfortunate that you all haven’t checked.”

Mr. Katakain instinctively furrowed his brow.

Noticing something amiss.

The reorganization of the Tobio Offshore Fishing Group was a minor matter, what concerned him was the other organization mentioned by Wood Cottage.

Wait a minute, he remembered the Pacific Rare Animal Protection Association—this notably long-named environmental organization—formed by the Southeast Asia Marine Conservation Association and the Global Whale Protection Association, two equally lengthy-named organizations, the backing operating group should be...

His mind buzzed, failing to react.

But they weren’t given much time to react, soon the phones of the assessment group rang with continuous alerts again.

Bringing new ’good news’—

[Tanbo Shipping has officially joined the ’Honorable Shipping Alliance’!]

Honorable Shipping Alliance: Formed by the ’Northern Shipping’ of the Egyptian Royalty, ’Emperor Sea Freight Shipping’ of the Russian Federation, and ’Faraway Shipping’ of Dongxia, three top five-hundred enterprises of the Current Circumstances, they monopolized and dominated the Indian Ocean, occupying over sixty percent of the logistics channels in the western Pacific Ocean as a behemoth!

The logistics alliance shares all internal port berths, containers, and even logistics information, truly monopolistic giants, co-occupying over ninety percent of the world’s shipping channels with New World Shipping and United Alliance, monopolizing all border maritime transport.

Even if a small boat had entered their registration directory, countless Gold could be easily fished along the sea routes.

But the question is...

With Tanbo Shipping’s small scale, how could they possibly join?

”Mr. Katakain,” a subordinate approached, speaking in a lowered voice: ”Just received internal news: Tai Qing Heavy Industries has taken on an order for sixteen ultra-large cargo ships from Tanbo Shipping...”

”Impossible!”

Mr. Katakain was flabbergasted: ”Where did they get the money! Where’s all the business coming from!”

”Ah, this... pretty hurtful, Mr. Katakain.”

Next to them, Lin Nineteen shrugged helplessly: ”We borrowed a special interest-free loan from Dongxia Border Bank, the approval speed was pretty quick. After all, Tai Qing Heavy Industries has shares in it, saving the assessment. It’s all due to Teacher’s personal connections.”

He chuckled, explaining: ”Because he has quite a few friends.”

”...”

In the silence, only the sound of the phone vibrating resounded again.

This time, it’s the Asian headline from tomorrow’s News Finance section!

At a press conference held by the Australia Green Turf Mining Group, Canberra City’s mayor, the Australian mining tycoon, Sand King—Reed Turner personally announced:

——[Green Mining Group has reached a strategic partnership with the Tanbo Group]!

In the next seven years, Tanbo Shipping will handle all transportation orders for Green Turf Mining’s operations in Yingzhou!

As a resource-poor island nation, Yingzhou’s mining essentially relies on imports from Australia, and starting from next year, all transports for iron ore, bauxite, and bituminous coal to Yingzhou will be entirely monopolized by Tanbo Shipping!

Not just that, Tanbo Group has received authorization from the Ivory Tower for the use and agency of all its smelting patents, and will jointly construct a new giant smelting base in AnFang with Satomi’s Museum Steels... together with Green Mining, exploring the domain of pollution-free smelting technologies.

A short news article yet with terrifyingly large information volume.

Ivory Tower, Australian Mining, Honorable Shipping quietly completed an aggregation within mere days!

In one person’s hands!

Under his leadership, forming a brand new industrial chain encompassing extraction, transportation, production, and processing of all steps!

Even more than that, the uncoupled monster had already reached its hand towards Yingzhou’s heavy industry market...

Everyone could seemingly see the form of a brand new behemoth rising from this narrow region.

In that instant, the situation accomplished an overturn.

But when the mighty weight descended from the sky, pressing on the other end of the balance, it emitted... only the crisp vibration of a phone alert.

Causing dizziness, almost unable to stand.

”Looks like I don’t need to inform you about the procurement orders from the Abyss Development Bureau and the archaeological team...”

Lin Nineteen smiled, surveying the vacant faces, feeling waves of pure, thick resentment gathering, couldn’t help but let out a satisfied sigh.

Ah, that’s better.
