Chapter 890: Chapter 712: Disposal (2)

Lawrence replied in a deep voice, ”Fujimoto is one of our members.”

Tobio corrected, ”Used to be.”

”It makes no difference. Once a Green Day, forever a Green Day.”

Lawrence said, ”What Huaizhi did was merely Retribution in Blood. You can’t just let him understand ’an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind’ and then put down the knife in front of his enemy and go happily play golf together, can you?”

The vagabond representing Green Day said, ”This does not violate the rules.”

”Wrong.”

Tobio shook his head, turned back to the vagabond, and told him word by word, ”That’s incorrect, Mr. Lawrence!”

”The rules are set by us, naturally they should serve us.”

One of the five big bosses, an old man, spoke accordingly, ”Although the old man has no opinion, Arakawa Family’s Little Brag is furious... Moreover, such things that shake the authority of the five big bosses cannot be ignored. It must be dealt with swiftly and strictly.”

Lawrence shrugged indifferently, sipping his beer, casually asked, ”Since that’s the case, why are you drinking his beer?”

”Precisely because of the beer, that’s why we’re able to talk now.”

Tobio chuckled, ”Today’s young people have become formidable, making one feel fearful. Their oblivious demeanor makes one envious, yet fearful.

Where is this a mad dog? Clearly a wolf that has just arrived and wants to mark its territory to declare to the world... But mere courage is not enough.

Are brave people not sufficient?” Tobio glanced back, shrugging with pity, ”But over so many years, the five big bosses are still the five big bosses, yet the Huaizhi Gang may not continue beyond tomorrow.”

”I hope the five big bosses will handle this matter properly,” Lawrence said, ”Green Day has high hopes for him, more accurately, the Great Commander has high hopes for him.”

This time, Tobio finally fell silent, stunned, as if hearing something unbelievable, ”Does someone as conceited as the Great Commander know how to care for the younger generation?”

”Yes.”

Lawrence said, ”Because he is worth it.”

In the silence, Tobio rubbed his brow, sighed, and waved his hand, ”Alright, then he still has a choice — either be punished by the five big bosses, or cut off one hand to apologize to the Alliance.”

”Do you think such a young person with ambitions will agree?” Lawrence asked.

”Then why do you think I care?”

Tobio coldly retorted, ”He insulted Kitahara, insulted the Alliance’s Envoy, he offended my dignity. Lawrence, if it weren’t for this glass of wine, why would I even glance at him?

I’ve waited here so long, waiting for you to come. Considering Green Day, I can act as if nothing happened and persuade Arakawa not to pursue it. But the Alliance will no longer acknowledge Huaizhi Gang’s identity.”

”If Huaizhi does not understand the value of the Alliance, then the Drug Expulsion Alliance will no longer be his friend.”

Tobio said, ”At that time, without anyone taking action, the Triad and K Party will devour them until not even scraps remain.”

Lawrence remained unmoved, just silently drinking his beer.

After years of dealings, how could he still not understand this old man’s style? Rather than calling him Extreme Path, he might as well be called a businessman; his meticulous calculations scare people, unwilling to make any loss-making trades.

”So much has been said still hasn’t reached the point.”

Lawrence finished the beer, looked up, and asked, ”What about the ’but’? Tell me the ’but’.”

Under his gaze, Tobio suddenly chuckled softly, spreading his hands, ”Yes, just like you said, there’s always a ’but,’ but not everyone has the qualification to have it; one must prove they are deserving.”

As he spoke, he took out an envelope from his pocket and tossed it over.

Lawrence raised his hand, the envelope landed in front of him, suspended in midair, naturally unfolding, revealing two pieces of information and a dignified photo of a middle-aged man.

Dressed in a white sacred robe, holding a dazzling Scepter, appearing indescribably holy.

Lawrence squinted, identifying the face:

”Illuminating Association?”

”Yes.”

Tobio said, ”Recently, irregular changes occurred among the high ranks of the Light Illumination’s Church, after the High Priest was replaced, the style suddenly became radical, secretly started infiltrating the Tanbo Inner Circle.

It’s said that many fools have already become their Believers, even Chiba Family’s madam got involved in it... The battle between the second house and the main house, truly ugly.

When the shrine was found in the room, that guy Chiba’s face went green, hahahaha.”

Tobio laughed maliciously, delighting in an ally’s misfortune, but Lawrence did not follow suit.

Just quietly waiting for him to finish speaking.

”Although watching the farce is amusing, the Alliance needs to make equivalent retaliation.”

Tobio said casually, ”Since you have such high hopes for Huaizhi, then please let him exercise his instincts as Extreme Path, adding some trouble for the other side.

Of course, at your own risk, the Alliance will absolutely not acknowledge it.”

After speaking, he smiled, ”If he can restore Chiba’s face, proving his ability and importance, the Alliance will not only not hold him accountable but might also make that guy owe you a favor.”

Lawrence put away the envelope, not refusing, but also not bothering to leave him any face, ”It’s actually owing you a favor, isn’t it?”
